This restaurant is a somewhat hidden gem in the City. Family owned and run, delicious food, had a lovely conversation with the owner as I finished my wine. If you haven’t gone, go; if you’ve been before, go back and bring and tell your friends!
Lovely decor, lovely owners, great taste and presentation. Will be back.
The mustard glazed salmon salad was quite tasty! Friendly service, too.
I had the chicken parmigiana, and my wife had the gnocchi. They were both very good 👌. And the Olive oil for the bread is amazing. Reminds me of being at my Italian grandmother's house when I was a kid.
Awesome food.. Homely decor.. (literally its a home converted to a business) The lady takes care of the guests really well.. I loved every bit of my veggie panini.. The Tiramisu was awesome too.. The lunch service can be little slow, but you will enjoy the food.
Best gnocchi and tiramisu I’ve ever had! You can really tell the love this family puts in this restaurant and the food. As a college student in the area, the owners are so sweet and make me feel right at home even though I’m an out of state student. If you’re in the area, you’ve got to get food from here! And if you’re looking for some takeout during the pandemic, please consider supporting this lovely family run business.
The hype is real. Our new favorite restaurant. Got the squash ravioli and dipped the bread in the juice after, so good. The shrimp pasta was super good.
The business owner was very lovely. She was sweet and personable. The food was extremely delicious and the portions were perfect! You can tell that they have invested a lot into their business! Beautiful interior design. A good balance between a fancy environment mixed with a home feeling.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was inviting. The prices were reasonable as well. We had the squash ravioli as an appetizer, with the balsamic vinegar added it was a very unique and delicious treat. We both ordered salmon entrees, but one was a salmon salad the other was with potatoes and veggies. They were superb!!
Great food and service! Everything was fresh and enjoyed in a beautiful outdoor seating area full of plants and herbs. I left in a great mood, having shared a delicious meal and good coffee with my family. I'll definately be going back soon!
This is the best Italian restaurant that I've ever been to. The woman who was most likely the owner was so kind and it really looked like she cared about the service and quality of food. A favorite of mine was the Sauteed mussels, as the sauce was just perfectly balanced in all flavors. My family went there twice in our visit to Connecticut, and she was so nice to give us a free tiramisu, which was heavenly. The plate was decorated so nicely with honey and what looked like strawberry coulis, and it appeared homemade and fresh. The bite was flavorful but not overwhelmingly sweet, and paired very well with the honey and coulis.
