Super cozy place, in the heart of Hartwell. 1/2 lb burger is delicious, I ordered mine with an egg! The pork chop is hugeeee and really good! My son had the shrimp and mac and cheese, big shrimps and the mac was homemade and to die for! Lexi, my server, was soo sweet and super attentive. We finally found a restaurant in Hartwell that we are excited to come to. We will bring our friend next time and also, recommend it to our future airbnb customers.

We had a great dining experience here for lunch. We had the hand breaded chicken fingers, that were outstanding and not full of salt! We had fresh homemade potato soup and vegetable soup and house salad. All of the food was great. The wait staff was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed! The restaurant was very nice, roomy and clean! The tables was spaced far enough apart that you didn't feel like someone was sitting in your lap and you didn't have to hear all of your fellow diners conversations! That is a plus for us. We will definitely go back again and we do recommend it for groups of 6 or less. Enjoy🎉🎉😉

The place is cute, the server was so sweet but the quality of food was a bit lacking. Well, the recipes I think are okay, but the cook didn't seem to take any pride in what he served. My husband ordered a Philly Cheese Steak, they forgot the peppers and onions, two main ingredients. And the menu listed them as being on the sandwich. I ordered the Patty Melt and Tomato Basil soup. The soup was delicious. The sandwich the first time was terrible. The hamburger was burnt to a crisp! Black! I sent it back and it was better. But I will say it was tiny, way too small to be served as a Patty Melt as you had way too much bread than meat. It tasted good the second time though. The kids meals were really good, except the chicken strips were really small. The shrimp portion was really good. They came with a large bowl of fruit which the kids loved! And apple slices! Again, I really think the cook him/herself needs to take more pride in what he or she serves and not serve something subpar. I wouldn't even serve that at home to my family.

Great little place. Ordered Salmon last time there and it was fabulous. However, I ordered a Caesar Salad and it came with iceberg lettuce, I was expecting Romaine. Service is excellent but felt a little rushed. Also the lighting is not inviting to create the atmosphere I think they are going for. Don't get me wrong, we will go back...sometimes it's just the "little things" that you can do to put at the next level.

What a great place to have a fresh meal with your family and friends! My son and I had the burger and enjoyed every bite. The gyro was the special and was enjoyed by another family member. If you like a great local spot to eat, you need to give The Table a try.

While only in Hartwell less than a year, we have been to the table a number of times. Food is constantly good. My wife loves the shrimp/grits while my 'staple' is the burger with pimento cheese on it. Always seated quickly. My daughter gets the fried pickles....ok, I don't, but she loves 'em!

The Table is a truly wonderful experience to be had when in Hartwell Georgia. The restaurant is located in the heart of the downtown. There is sufficient street parking around the restaurant, or around the town square. The Table is attractively appointed inside, and has a very southern charm to it. I felt right at home as soon as I entered, even though they were in the height of the lunch rush. I recently had my first visit at The Table. I was hosting a meeting; so, I called ahead to ensure we could be seated when we arrived. While The Table does not accept lunch reservations, they are very helpful in making sure you're promptly seated, as long as you give them the heads up. On my visit, I had the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer, and the shrimp po-boy sandwich for lunch. The food was terrific, served promptly, and classically plated. For my next visit, I'll be sure to go in the evening and try the low country style shrimp and grits! I can't wait for my next trip to The Table!
