Great breakfast with plenty of seating and seldom any wait. Also they serve a fresh lobster roll made from local lobsters. No previously frozen lobster meat here. Also open at 6 am for the early risers.
Great course. Fun holes and was in great shape, greens were soft but slow and tee boxes were in good condition too. Got around in just over 4.5 hours. Definitely a "resort" course as the fairways were forgiving. Only 4 stars because it was $110 for a Monday. BUT, I would play again.
While I haven’t played the course yet, I took my grandson to the driving range here and had a great time. The price is fair and the range was nice. The course looks beautiful and I hope to try it some day. We checked out the pro shop and clubhouse. The bar/dining room looked nice. Nothing pretentious but very homey nonetheless. Looking forward to returning some day and trying out both the course and the Clubhouse.
Some of the best golfing on Cape Cod. Plus the restaurant on site is affordable and has great food.
Came for the driving range. It’s well maintained and reasonable price. It gets crowded as the day goes, so come early if you want to avoid the crowd.
A great place to go on a weekend day for a round of golf. The grounds are lush.
It’s new restaurant in town but you will never go wrong going there. The view is amazing, the food is good(definitely try the lobster meals, yammmmmy).
Love Cranberry!! Best golf course around, which is why it sells out almost everyday in July and August. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are comparable with golf courses in the surrounding area. Greens are perfect even in August when other courses are burnt up. They do take advanced tee times months in advanced, without having to pay up front.
Some destinations just exude golf - and Cranberry Valley is one of them. Arriving, whether senior golfer or devout newbie, one encounters "wraparound" golf; and undulating practice greens, an expansive driving range or the rustic clubhouse beckon. (And each is near impeccable.) Lastly, 19th hole zealots - or the famished, will find a nice range of libations and fresh tavern fare dished by perky staffers like Cici and Lisa. So just relax. And go enjoy a full golfing experience!
Cranberry Valley is a great track. Some really long par 4’s and the same for their par 3’s, especially when the wind is in your face. Greens are in nice shape but were pretty slow playing in September which was a bit of a surprise. Starter and the restaurant staff was very friendly. Pro-staff not so much. Felt like they were doing us a real favor by letting us play there. Seems like they could be a bit more friendly given the fact the public is the reason they are employed.
I can't say enough about this place.
From the moment you arrive you feel beyond welcome.
The staff here from grounds keepers to bartenders all the way to management is top rate without question.
The conditions were fantastic as usual and pace of play is well within a nice timetable.
Absolutely one of the best municipal golf courses in Massachusetts.
Highly recommend it and dont think you'll be disappointed.
Great facility, top notch staff. The course it's self Is a mature play. No gimmicks just a classic cape cod golf course. This is my home course and even as a non member it's fairly afforable. Hot stove (the club house bar) makes amazing pizza!
Great course. We will be back.
Great course in very good condition. I must mention that it's unfair for women golfers. The forward tees are frequently located 20 yards before the white tees. A bit absurd since the average difference between drives is about 60 yards.
The golf course is user friendly and always in excellent condition. The driving range and practice area are the best on Cape Cod.
With four different tee marker to choose from, and a challenging but fair course, Cranberry Valley has many repeat customers.
The 19th hole, The Hot Stove Pub, is also outstanding.
Played in Sept 2019, very busy, the day we played they had a big tournament for kids. Moved along pretty well for the amount of people on the course, conditions were really good, greens in great shape, can't wait to play again!!

Cranberry Valley Golf Course is a well-rated and always popular layout. This tree-lined parkland course should not disappoint, with many attractive features and several excellent holes to enjoy. Plenty of golfing challenge, a well-crafted design and usually good upkeep all contribute to the appeal of this course. One to include on your play list if you are in the area.
