Really stepped up in terms of excellent staff. Patient, efficient, and very kind to my kids. Will definitely come back here again.

Great Subway shop! Fast and friendly service for two hungry guys. We chose this one over a Subway that was closer because it had higher ratings, and those ratings were accurate. Easy on, easy off.

The young man who made my sandwich was great. The supposed Manager, "Deb" was rude; I quess I was in the wrong sign (Pre order) and that I should go under the sign (order). Her tone was kert too. I quess she was trying to educate me, but man! Finally, she came from the back and I let her know she was insulting and rude. Then she continues to argue with me, I was like, that is exactly what a manager is suppose to do is argue with the customer.
By the way, this is the first negative post I have written. Doesn't feel good and I hope Deb is educated on how to deal with customers.
NOTE: I am changing my original rating from 2 stars to a 5 star and I have been back 4 times in a year and haven't seen the person I spoke about originally. Since then, I have found the staff to be pleasant, kind and attentive. So, someone is doing an excellent job regarding great customer service training. The food was good before and has stayed the same, just my humble opinion.

Apparently I laid that $20 on the counter a little too quickly. No receipt, no total on the register, a quick bill only change. Could be wrong. Doubt it.
