very sweet staff. food is always amazing - - - I love the location - it’s in the center of downtown Hattiesburg. ☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️✨✨💫💫💫💫💫💫💫
Bianchi’s is a delicious homemade pizza joint with a downtown vibe. Every pizza we’ve had is good, but they’re a little pricey. They cook in a wood-fired oven which gives the pizzas a crispy, charred taste. The service has been accommodating each time we’ve been as well.
My friend Mr. O'Brien and I had lunch there the other day. I am in love with this place ! Excellent food and wonderful service ! I loved the gelato bar for dessert ! This place rocks in my book
Visiting From Illinois. We liked the atmosphere, we liked the pizza, we liked the wine, we liked the staff ... We LIKED IT!
Great Calzones. Had lunch at Bianchi's this past week. The shrimp and scallop calzone was outstanding. Great portion size, rich fresh ingredients and solid service. Have had the prosciutto and Gorgonzola calzone in the past and it was very good too.
Excellent food!. Grab the scallop calzone, it is excellent. I have to say Im in love with them. I always get my food to go, so I cant really comment on service but the food is great!
Some of the best pizza in Town!. Some of the best pizza in the burg. James the manager is always friendly and has a great staff. Pizzas are always quick and fresh. Great for take out or even a quick drink at the bar!
Improvements. Over the past few years Bianchi's has been hit and miss, but the last two times we've dined there it's been really good. Today's lunch of calzones was great, and it may have had something to do with the fact that I believe I saw owner Tom White in and out of the kitchen several times while we were there today. They feature a prosciutto and Gorgonzola calzone that is a unique dish I really enjoy. It was cooked to near perfection, great crust fresh ingredients and decent service. My wife reported that her shrimp and scallop calzone was also well executed.
Pretty good pizza. The service is usually not that good though... One time I ordered glass of water and when it got tj ny table it was dirty brownish water.... When I told the waiter it was dirty the guy insisted on arguing with me that it wasn't... Also they need to wash there parm cheese and pepper shakers... Every time I grab them u can there greasy etc and need to be washed.... And sometimes the pizza can be under cooked... It's like the pizza crust is not always consistent. I like it when it's super thin it's always good then, but sometimes it's like too thick and seems skighty undercooked because of that. I still think it's best pizza in town though...
Good food, good service.. Go there often and as long as I'm in the area I will continue to go.
Not Thrilled. Spinach calzone cold in the middle. Staff was nice but that won't get me back.
Great pizza. Good prices. Cold beers. Cloth napkins. Excellent ingredients. Thin crust. Brick oven. What more.
Excellent pizza by the slice, amazing calzone, good spaghetti. Amazing homemade ice cream sandwich. Prompt and friendly service.
Recently loved it!. My husband & I have been twice before & it was okay. But we went on a friday night in April & it was the best it has ever been! The fried mozzarella was actual balls of mozzarella sliced & fried. It was so fresh & delicious. My husband ordered the duck pizza & I made my own with white sauce, chicken & pancetta. Both were so good. We usually eat a piece or two & take the rest home because we love the pitchers of beer! Best downtown restaurant!! Service excellent!
Very good if you like gourmet pizzas! I made my own pizza with scallops, spinach, artichokes, and tomatoes and it was delicious. They were quick and the very nice. Will definitely be back! A little expensive but good quality ingredients! Love love!
Made for me!. I will admit that I haven't branched out very far on the menu, but I know what I like.
My favorite thing: 2 slices of pizza, white sauce, garlic, chicken, and plenty of parmesan cheese on top. Its simple, but the sauce is so tasty! Top that with a $1 PBR, can't be beat!
Bomb.com Get the pizza with the scallops, shrimp and gorgonzola cheese. Mouth orgasm. Oh my god and the ice cream sandwich and those caesar salads are HUGE and so good. Place is straight dank
Yes. And Yes. Also Yes.. I've been dabbling in downtown fare more often lately and I have been impressed with Bianchi's not once, but twice.
My first visit, I delighted in their mixed mushroom and blue cheese pizza, which was marvelous. Demi glace instead of traditional sauce, earthy roasted mushroom, creamy, sticky blue cheese, oh man. My only wish is that it had a sprinkling of pink salt - the twinge of iron would have been a really engaging addition to an otherwise perfect pie.
My fiance got the duck pizza, and I was lucky enough to be able to try (steal) a piece. Oh man. it was incredibly baller status. We're not talking little lame boo-hoo duck is expensive pieces of duck on this pizza. We're talking hunks and chunks, because this place is out to impress people. Try. It. Right. Now.
Second time, I went completely the opposite direction: no fancy schmancy specialty pizzas, no newness, no gimmicks. I went with the Margherita. Clean. Simple. Perfect. We're talking cheese, roma tomatoes, crispy, marvelous crust... and basil. A whole truck-load of fresh basil. Just everywhere. On the eighth day, God got off the couch and made Margherita Pizza just like the one I ate at Bianchi's.
Overpriced but satisfied. Ordered a shrimp and scallop calzone. Very delicious and will definitely be back. I would recommend some live music or some sort of entertainment. Great location - wish more people would patron these downtown restaurants. My kids were very happy with their cheese pizza.
Good variety, no kids menu but did well with a slice and should have ordered a half spaghetti entree for the other. Service was very good. Ingredients good on pizza, but lacked a little something and atmosphere for price. Regional draft beer good and Salads nice. Pizza as good at jaybirds, though it's in a strip mall if you care about atmosphere at all. Downtown location is adjacent to one or two cute shops in a smalltown main street, which was nice as a roadtrip stop. Quick and friendly.
Fire Oven Pizza!. Excellent pizza, just a little steep in price! However, compared to "fast food" pizza, its the price you pay for fire stone deliciousness. :)
Tonight the wife was in the mood for "something Italian", so we headed downtown and stopped in at Bianchi's Pizzeria. It's been a few months since we've been there but have always had positive experiences. Bianchi's is located downtown in a very nicely re
So good! Brick oven pizza, yum! First time having shrimp on pizza and it was amazing 😛
