About last month I gave a bad review for poor service but I convinced myself to give these guys a second chance today. The service is top notch, I didn't have to repeat myself a lot to the drive thru person and they got my order right! They actually gave me unsweet tea as ordered and the food is great also, the line in the drive thru is simple and quick in less than 5 minutes. Thank you to the owner who replied to my last review, I just noticed the reply today. As a customer I'll be coming back here more often. So far the best cookout I've been to.
It’s so good after 2 or more hrs of driving. So clean, there was nobody in there and they get it out crazy fast. They lets us take our time with ordering. Very nice for a fast food employee. 5/5 stars.
The food was very good, we had to eat in our vehicle because there was no outside eating place that I saw. I do think there should be another menu before you get to drive thru window to order, it's stressful to try and figure out what you want when you have only been there 1 time before, I'm sure that won't happen though and most that go there are probably return customers.
Hello, friends & family of CookOut! Today was my first dining experience, and it was definitely a pleasure. The young lady taking my order, ‘Ramsey,’ was wonderful! She seemed very optimistic which is something you don’t see a lot in the working youth of today. She was very patient with me, and even complimented my earrings! Besides the delicious hamburger and cajun fries, she definitely made my day. Thank you ‘Ramsey!’
Visiting a family member in North Carolina and opted to try Cook Out. Was pleasantly surprised as the place was pretty empty on a Sunday night. However, I was impressed with the price point for the meals as well as the speed in which we got our food. I got a chili cheeseburger and French fries which were pretty good. However, the onion rings were not a item I would choose again as they formed onion rings (leftover onions ground together) rather than true onion rings. Family members got a variety of different meals and I was told everything else (various hamburgers) were fairly good even though they were slightly overcooked. Will visit again if I am in the area.
For this price, I wouldn't care as long as I filled my belly. The burgers are delicious, fries are good, chili dog goes good with the shake. Super cheap and clean. Can't beat it with this economy. Feed the masses for $25. Wish we had these in Kentucky.
Excellent service, very quick. I barely got my drink before the food was ready. Nice help. Would go if you have never been.
They have so many different shakes that it is almost impossible to pick one, so I get two at a time. One day, I will complete the entire list. A quick burger and sides without breaking the bank. This is the place. May not be a five-star kinda burger, but worth the price.
First timers here. From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, our experience was a positive one. Customer service was super friendly our food was presented to us hot and delicious with a smile and a thank you. As a French fry connoisseur, I highly recommend trying these spuds! The restaurant was clean the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. Will be back for more!
This is a good cookout. Food was great. Staff are friendly and delivery is quick. I’ve been here three times so far and no complaints yet. Cookout is a great company with quality morals and a great business model. I love patronizing businesses like these that openly support religion and are run on solid values. I recommend these places to anyone. Great restaurant chain to work for as well. Busy….as many hours as you want.
It seems to be more economical to eat there and good for your money. I was surprised. Try it out someday. I'm going back.
