Was the best pizza I've had from Pizza Hut in the 4 years I've lived in Md. The curbside customer service guy was very polite too.

Dine in Pizza Hut's are hard to find and one's with great food AND service, even more rare. Drove out of the way to come to this location and wasn't disappointed. At the time they only had one server and she had about 4 tables and she didn't miss a beat! The was the BEST experience at a PH I've ever had, no contest! In fact, this might be one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Yes it was only pizza, but the food was on time, fresh and tasted great and our server actually SERVED us. We left in great spirits and a great lunch. Facility was clean, well kept and even when looking into the kitchen, it didn't look or seem chaotic and also very clean and well maintained. Take notes from this server, she should be a benchmark for service and whoever is running this particular location should be proud of the product they're providing to their customers. We don't live anywhere near this location but when we travel through we'll definitely be stopping by. To to folks at this location, PLEASE DON'T STOP PROVIDING GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE! It is noticed and appreciated.
Usually pretty good here. But last time i ended hanging up on the employee while placing my irder bc it was going on 9 min of placing an order for 2 pizzas! Tried again a couple days. Ordering was fine (carry out). But when i picked up my pizza the one crust was all messed up. And the pizza with pepperoni barely had any cheese! Not sure if management has changed. But the people working there are always friendly.
Delicious!!! My favorite local pizza place. Food is always fresh and staff is friendly.
The staff did an excellent job considering they were understaffed. Those who were there were working very hard to deliver good food in a timely manner. They were behind in their deliveries - in house/carryout/delivery, and some customers were very unappreciative, but we worked in restaurants when we were younger and understand the challenges they had last night. We will go back, but will avoid the busier hours until we see the staffing levels improving. Please thank the Havre de Grace staff for us, we appreciate their efforts during busy/challenging nights.
This pizza Hut was very busy and only one waitress. She worked her tail off hustling between tables trying to accommodate everyone. All the patrons were kind and understanding of the situation. Food was great and came just as ordered. The manager also chipped in to help wait tables after a little while. Kudos to the whole staff.
It's a good PH however it's carry out only most week days. If you like to eat in go F S S. Great salads, reasonable prices.
