This place is awesome with a great vibe, beer and food. We went for lunch on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. Ed loves the Easy Pasy Blonde and I had champagne. The roast beef snadwich and chicken sliders are great. The brunch has to be experienced but be careful it is only a limited number so get there early!

This is a great little place with surprisingly good beers and food! We've only had the pretzel bites w/ pub cheese dip and the all-grown-up grilled cheese sandwich but both of those were scratch-made in house and excellent. The beers are of equal quality. Haven't tried them all (yet) but the ones I've tried have been awesome!

This place is awesome! Beer is great and the owners are really good folks. Great place to get a bite to eat and enjoy a craft brewed beer.

The beer is as good as it gets! Not only the overly hoppy stuff that seems to dominate many small breweries these days. Several different varieties, all of which hit the spot. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced! If we didn’t live in Maryland, we would be here every week. Maybe they will open a satellite closer to us. Until then we will greatly enjoy it on our vacation.

Hayesville Brewing Company has a great selection of beer. I personally love the Red Rooster! Gotta try it! The owners, Jody and Lisa are very friendly and attentive to their customers. They are also now offering wine and food. Totally worth visiting!

What a great little gem in Hayesville!! Had brunch here yesterday and it was delicious. Good sized portions as well. The craft beers were the best around as well as the mimosas. Service was great too. We will definitely be back.

Really nice craft beer pub on US 64 between Murphy and Hayesville. We were driving past and my wife commented on seeing it so turned around and came back. At first thought it was a brewery, but still not disappointed. They do flights and we had a couple beers we’d not tried before. Only had the pretzel bites with beer cheese, but both were excellent. They had a salmon dip plate that looked amazing but we’d had lunch over in Murphy. Proprietor and waitress both friendly and attentive and lots of local regulars in the place especially for a Thursday midafternoon. Well worth a stop in or even a special trip if you’re in the area on either side of the border.

My fiancé and I stopped here while we were staying in Hayesville. The staff were incredibly nice and attentive. We had the special smoked salmon dip, and it was AMAZING. They had a great selection of beers which were sooo good. 10/10 would recommend for good food and good beer !!

A great little pit stop with a fun vibe!! I’ve only been here twice, we’re new to the area, but everyone is always so friendly and they make a killer grilled cheese. We will be back often because I can only go so many weeks without the All Grown Up Grilled Cheese.

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon after some hiking. Small place but with a nice atmosphere and a very friendly bartender. Decent selection of brews and a food menu as well with reasonable prices. I had the grown up grilled cheese which was delicious. My fiancé had buffalo sliders, which she said were ok but the chicken patties were a bit hard. Not worth taking a star off as we mainly came for a beer. Cool place to grab a drink and would go back when in Hayesville again.

Food is amazing, service is amazing, they have outdoor music some nights. We were just passing through because our last name is Hayes and we thought it was cool because the town's name is Hayesville. And we thought it was cool that this bar had a great menu and shirts and hats we could buy. The lady I think the owner could not have been nicer! If you're in the area you should definitely stop by!

HBC has only been open for a year, but you would think they have been around for at least 20. The best Octoberfest beer around and the owners cover all bases. Not a bad thing to say about the place. Unique Unique Unique. A hidden gem. Plus, the beer and food doesn't get any cheaper.

Really friendly staff/owners. Food was really good, French Dip sandwich and Chicken salad wrap were about $9 each. Had about 6 different beers brewed locally on site. Pints were about $6. Tried two beers, both good and very smooth. You gotta check them out, you won't be disappointed.
