First off, this place is cash only, so have a bill with you. It's a good classic kind of burger joint with a twist bc it's Korean. Love it. It's clean too. The burgers are well sized, not all big, not so small. Good number of menu options.

Simple yet delicious burger option in Hayward. Ordered the Hawaiian burger with added mushroom with their fries... ready when promised and was still warm by the time i got home...fries were still crispy! Supporting small, local business during these times is important! Call in your order and expect a 10-12 minute wait as its made fresh to order.

This place is honestly just as good as Red Robin’s. Their cheeseburger is POPPIN! The chicken teriyaki is authentically good! The cheesesteak is really good too! The meat is tender and thinly sliced with sweet bell peppers and delicious melted cheese! I’ve been going here since I was a teenager back in the late eighties, and they’re still cooking just as good. Only downside is that they only take cash.

This place is a real hole in the wall, in the best way possible. Upon entering the establishment I was greeted with a delightful aroma of grilled onions. You get a certain feeling when walking into little eateries such as this one. A feeling that despite the peeling wallpaper and cracked tile, the food is going to outshine any imperfections in the building’s decor by a mile. I proceeded to order a Chicken Philly, and boy am I ever so glad I did. As I opened the brown paper bag, the same one you pulled your ham sandwich out during lunch in 2nd grade, that I was witnessing true craftsmanship. The sandwich breathed hot air into my palm, not quite hot enough to hurt, and not lukewarm either. It’s as if the chef scooped the sandwich into the bag directly off of the grill. No spatula ever came into contact with the sandwich. The cheese was melted perfectly, it flowed between the perfectly sized pulled chicken like hot magma flows between the crevasses of rock and dirt. Trailblazing it’s way into the utter unknown. The tomatoes hadn’t even gotten a look at the gardener that picked them, is how fresh they tasted. If you live within the borders of this state, you owe it to yourself to experience this eatery. It really does live up to its name. Best burger.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid. It’s one of those places that just feels like home. The staff is incredibly friendly and they’ve known me since I was a child, so they always have a smile and a kind word. The food is hands down amazing. They really do have the best burgers in Hayward. I love this place.

The other day I was talking to a friend about the best hamburgers we've ever had. Two places came to mind. The very best hamburgers I ever had were in the town I grew up in (Morgan Hill California). But it's been closed for years. Very Nearly as good it was this place in Hayward called, "Best Burgers" that I used to go to in the late 1980s ( I was living in San Jose but had a job that took me to Hayward pretty much every day). They had just opened and they had fantastic hamburgers. It was a young man and his mother running the place. I don't remember his name it's been more than 30 years but we used to joke about that; Putting his mother to work. Hell of a great guy. It was here that I was first introduced to pastrami on hamburgers (yummy yummy yummy). I suppose you should take this review with a pinch of more than 30 -year-old salt. I'd be amazed if he was still running the place. But the burgers must've been really, really good if I'm still remembering them from 600 miles away and nearly 3 1/2 decades later. Probably not the same people (how cool would that be).If I ever get down there again. I'll look this place up.Probably you should too.
