Good food but service was slow. I believe it was due to limited staff. The staff was very nice particularly the young man who took my order. He paid for an older couples meal just because and gave my child a Frosty that someone ordered but didn't pick up. I wish the drive-thru was open but not a big deal.
Stopped to feed the kiddos who were tired of eating in restaurants. Staff and manager were very helpful. They were out of ketchup packets but were kind enough to put some in to go containers for us since my kids don’t eat any other sauce on nuggets. Drive thru was closed but I understand as it is tough with staffing and supplies right now. Fries were hot and fresh, best I’ve ever had at Wendy’s.
Every thing we got to eat was nuclear hot, and fresh, they even gave us two extra spicy nuggets, on the 4 for 4 deal. First good fast food experience we've had in quite a bit! Albeit, we don't eat much fast food
I rarely post reviews of chain restaurants. But this is the first Wendy's in 10 visits to get my order correct the first time. Every Wendy's seems to want to get rid of cheese. But the Wendy's in Helen actually listens and gets the order "single no cheese" correct every time. It's a small thing but is appreciated very much.
This is a really nice wendy's. Good service and they get your food out relatively quick. And it's always what I ask for, and fresh. I wish they would open the drive threw back up though.
