The Ugly mug has been the BEST coffee shop in Henderson County since they first opened many years ago! The staff takes amazing care of me every visit, and often remember what I want before I do, LOL! The best coffee AND the best people, PERIOD!

Living in the area for almost 3 year, finally made it for coffee and tea. Friendly and quaint, my wife enjoyed the tea and I really liked the Mocha Latte. The over sized chairs and reading area enjoyable. My new Monday coffee place.

Always a delightful place. One always meets interesting people there. Recommend if you are wanting to hang out and just enjoy life, or swing through their drive through if no time to just chill.

I just started drinking coffee again after years of battling gall stones. I goggled a place near me, seeing how we are from tn. I read the reviews, and they did not disappoint. The shop is cozy, and the staff is super friendly. I got iced white chocolate latte, and it was the best I've had thus far. It was not overpowering with coffee but a nice blend of the two. When we come back to town, we definitely will be stopping again.
Happy to have had my morning coffee here. The espresso I ordered was good, neither super sour nor bitter, and the little pastry I ordered was good too. I drank outside so I only experienced the atmosphere while ordering, but I enjoyed enjoyed the vibe and the staff were helpful and kind.
Excellent coffee place with a drive-thru window. You can't beat it. Really sweet people working there. They make some great breakfast sandwiches too. I highly recommend you check it out!
I love this place. It's so eclectic and the frozen coffees are AMAZING. I left my other coffee shop, and I safely call The Ugly Mug my new coffee home. They have tea as well, they make the most delicious frozen coffees, and very tasty pastries and sweets.They also have a wide variety of flavors and combinations, or you can make your own combination. I tried the cinnamon roll combination today and did not like it, too peppery tasting for me. I took them back, explained I didn't like them, and they re-made the drinks for me with no hassle. Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I love and recommend this place to gourmet coffee lovers, especially the frozen drinks.
I was in hurry so didn't get to sit and enjoy the extremely cozy and inviting at atmosphere, but I will absolutely be back. Large drink selection, made it hard to make up my mind but I'm not complaining. And they actually offer LARGE drinks! Most coffee shops a large drink is what I consider to be medium. When you NEED caffeine you want that 20oz large cup, at least I think it's 20oz.

What a great place for your favorite type of coffee beverage!! As well as great bagels and other danish es!! My wife and I decided to visit this great local place in Hendersonville today and we were really blown away with the great variety of coffee and tea choices that were available! It was really a nice place with a relaxing atmosphere and great service!
Super cute atmosphere with good coffee and pastries, the only reason I rated lower than 5 is because the coffee wasn't dialed (I am a coffee snob so I'm nitpicking) don't take me too seriously. I'm definitely going back!
Great little coffee shop, my husband and I really like it. They have various tea flavors and coffee options. Prices on coffee decent and you can add any creamer ( at least 5 different flavors) . Also , they have pastries: muffins, danishes, chocolate croissants 🥐, bagels 🥯 and many more sweets. I loved atmosphere and rustic vibes. Thank you. Definitely will be back and will recommend to my friends
This is the absolute cutest little coffee shop you can imagine. Such a warm, comfortable 70s kinda vibe. The coffee is quite good. The food is fine. You go to this place for the atmosphere.
Also, Monte's is right next door. Which is pretty great.
