I went at 12pm and had good, quick service. There is not as much inside seating as a normal Starbucks, but much less busy than normal as well. My drink tasted good, a little less sweet than an iced vanilla latte normally is but I actually prefer that.
So great and tasty friendly staff and correct orders. The shop is so calming and organized!
I recommend this Starbucks to all!
I will only say nice things about this very specific Starbucks. Over 20 years ago, it was the only Starbucks in the North Nashville area and it's where my wife and I dated when we were still in high school. Lots of late night coffee with free refills and many, many Scrabble games. This place will forever be the best Starbucks on the planet to us.

Busy location but they keep the line flowing it's also sometimes difficult to get out bc of the intersection. I've learned to go to the entrance you came in and it's a lot easier getting out. No complaints great location 📍
This is a great location. I visited my mother for a few days and visited this site like I do my local Starbucks during my stay. In the few short days I was here I noticed, they made an effort with their regulars and they treated me as such in my visits. They were kind, quick friendly and most importantl, made my coffee on point. Well done.
Fully staffed, not too busy. Service speed of a much busier location. Maybe the online orders take priority, so use the app. Food and drink excellent as always.

love this location!!! there are two male baristas who knew me by name and were always incredibly kind. one was a tall blonde, he usually had his nails done. the other was a guy with a full beard. both of them are amazing. only stopped going to this store because i moved out of hendersonville.
Everyone who works at this location is SO nice! I literally came through the drive through crying one day (lol) and the barista was so kind and made my day. I always stop here on my way to work in the morning and despite it being so early they’re always so cheerful and sweet. I appreciate all they do and their hard work! 🤍

I’ve been coming to this location weekly for over a year now and everyone is so friendly. The customer service is outstanding especially considering how busy of a location it is. They all deserve raises!
