Rosa's Cafe is a Mexican restaurant started from the city of San Angelo , TX in 1983 and now is a chain across Texas.
Their food is simple and really good. Specially there freshly made tortillas gives them an edge. Their Fajitas and Tacos are really good.
Their Taco Tuesday offer attracts big crowds and we tried the same (pic).

I love Rosa's the atmosphere is great, the food is very delicious. The waiting time is very quick. I highly recommend if your hungry stop by Rosa's!!!!!!
Love It!. This is great, quick tex-mex. When I'm planning a meal with tortillas at home, we go through the drive-thru to pick up some from Rosa's. They are everything a tortilla should be. It feels kinda like fast food, but I enjoy going in to eat. I think everything on the menu is delicious. I usually order the beef fajita burrito, or the bean and cheese burrito.
Mixed feelings, but read on please. This wont replace my lifelong relationship with El Fenix, and it wont win any awards for its culinary achievements, it is a good spot for a quick fix of Tex-Mex for a reasonable price. The place is always clean, bright, cheerful in decor with the perfect Mexican festive music playing. the food is always very quick, hot and tasteful, if not outstanding. Probably a good place to stop if you have a large party, or a busload of kids. I have had the large Deluxe Mexican Plate combo that consist of "w/ Guac, Taco, Ench, Tamale, Tostada" and some hot flour tortillas. With a drink I think it was around $10. Again, it wont replace El Fenix, or any number of finer Mexican Food restaurants (Luna de Noche, Nicos, Mi Cocina, etc...), but it has its place. Easily a large step above Pancho's for food quality.
Taco Tuesdays!. Decent price, fresh toppings bar, fresh tortillas, food was good and service was excellent. Always packed during lunch...for good reasons.
O my gosh! I have been to rosas at least 5 times and I love it!!!! (also I love watching the tortillas being made!)

Good Food Every Time!. Really enjoy the chicken enchilada dinner that has just enough sour cream sauce for taste without drowning the food. Have been there several times over the last year and it has been a hit with the family each time. Even on busy Sundays after church you can get in and seated with your meal without a long wait time. Good, quality food that can feed a family of 4 under $30. Also, got 1 doz chicken enchiladas, lrg salas, and pico de gallo for around $20 at Noon on Christmas Eve-preordered. Made for a fun family night without having to cook!
Best green sauce. I grew up eating Rosa's and am so glad there are now locations in DFW. I make the 20 mile trip to get the cheese enchiladas with green sauce. The fajitas are great too. Taco Cabana has nothing on this place.
