Great meal. Nice conversation with the people at our table...that we had never met before. Not uncommon for this area. Our Filet and Scallops were awesome. The price (though not inexpensive) was a few dollars less than similar establishments. The portion size on the fried rice and starter salad was a little smaller than others...but plentiful and no complaints. Waitress did not offfer to refill my iced tea without being asked. Highly recommend and we will return. If you want to be waited on like a King, go down the road to one of the true white table cloth restaurants and be prepared to spend $200 with tip - we enjoy that too. For $75 here. - you will be hard pressed to get better food in a nice environment.
I never have any complaints when we go to Mt. Fuji. The food always tastes great, and the service is perfect. It's pricey, so we don't go often, but it's well worth it when we do. I highly recommend it!
From the atmosphere, to the funniest waitress to the great all you can eat hibachi deal, to the craziest roll I've seen, to the hot saki, it was just magnificent!!
Our favorite hibachi place! Food is always great, service is great and the atmosphere is nice! Love Thursday and Sunday all you can eat for $24.99. With teenage boys it is a bargain!

Went for the first time for my birthday with my family. The food was so good! The chef at the hibachi was very funny and interactive. The other staff were friendly and everyone seemed happy to be there. We called to make a reservation so we would be guaranteed the hibachi experience. They also have a table dine in area that is very nice looking and next time we come we are going to sit there.
Their prices are around what you would expect for hibachi and good sushi.

Best meal ever!. I don't think we were starving but my husband and enjoyed every bite of our hibachi filet mignon and scallops dinner! I usually don't care for the soup or salad part of it but both of these were very tasty (I substituted for the avocado salad.) The main course was better than any I've had at any hibachi steak house. We sat in the dining room, rather than at the grill and I loved the atmosphere as well--much more private and relaxing. Our waiter's name was John and he was excellent--just the right amount of attention and a great sense of humor. I highly recommend this restaurant!
$20 all you can eat hibachi, appetizers,sushi etc... On Sunday's. Food taste awesome and are server was friendly and very attentive. I plan on coming back every Sunday for the rest of my life.
Fun Time. The all you can eat deal is great--the selections are good and give a really good value for the money. Our service staff was very attentive. We used two of the chefs as we had a whole room to ourselves with 15 people. The sushi was included in this price. The adults and kids in the group really enjoyed everything--it made for a fun evening. We can't wait to go again.
Like. I take my three year old in there all the time. He is very entertained by the chef's. I think good portion and tasty. Prices are good but I have only been at lunchtime.
Good but probably wont last. Wife & I went to try Mt. Fuji during an off peak time so we didn't have to wait. Service was very good in the traditional seating area. The food was very good however it was more expensive than it should have been. The service and food alone however wont be good enough to make up for the prices. It's a nice area and the people around here can afford it but you have to offer much more to justify those prices. It has to be 5 star to charge $150 for two people who aren't drinking and though it was good it's NOT 5 stars. We are going back soon to give it one more try, but our guess is it will be another owner/restaurant by Christmas.
Love this place. The food is delicioso, and the toro just melt in your mouth. I keep coming back for more.

Enjoyed. Made reservations for my wife and I in the Habachi area, we arrived on time were seated right away our chef was funny, and did extremely well. We had no problems with wait staff. It was overall a really good experience. We will be back. Great addition to the Highland Village area.
Great place for couples. We're there last night, and it was packed. The wait for hibachi was long for big parties. However, me and my wife were seated promptly since we're lucky enuff to fit in a table at the end with a family of 7.
we ordered a chef roll, which had torched mayo on the top. God dat was good, not only it smelt good but the taste was great. The unique blend of flamed mayo and Japanese momiji sauce were exquisite, and breath taken.
However, the best part of our dining experience was the hibachi chef John. Plz don't be surprised dat this time you are actually gonna see a real John. Our chef was American, not Asian. Not only dat he can pulled better tricks than average asian chefs out there at the market, his personality was just great.
We showed extra respect to him after knowing dat he served our army for two years. Just come to Mt Fuji and asked for John, and you ll be happier than ever.
This is going to be a great choice in FM. Food was great. Service was great. It was extremely busy last night and they have some bugs to work out. Also the front desk was disorganized and can work on service. The habachi chef John was awesome. I spoke to Brent the manager and I think he appreciated my feed back. We will be back!
GREAT. Going for our third time tonight, We have found the service fun ant totally taking care of us, way beyond the norm. I can not believe some of the bad comments because this place is great.
Check out the bar for a great time. Andy is king there but he will treat you like a prince
