It had been a while since I had been here. I'd driven by them many times in the past 25 years. I finally stopped and had a meal.
I ordered the Three Crown meal. It comes with shrimp, chicken, BBQ pork and veggies. I asked if scallops could be added, and she asked "how many" (a "yes" answer, if you were to ask me), and 8 scallops were added. The food was excellent, just as I remember it always used to be.
The inside of the restaurant was neat, clean, quiet and peaceful, as I remembet it. No loud noises from the back. I did not wait a long time for the food to cook.
I took half of my meal home and had a late dinner. I'll be back.

I had been coming here for a while. I drove by and noticed it was under new management and so I wanted to try it out and compare to the former management. Quite disappointing. The waitress was eager to take my order and money but not assist me any further such as ask me if I wanted a to go box for the crab puffs. She vanished into the lounge after other customers left and I was the only one in the dining room. In regard to The food: The egg flower soup was great. Crab puffs great. I got an order of pork egg foo young to go for my husband and sadly it was over cooked and there was a rancid oily taste to it. I got tired of waiting for the waitress to 'reappear' and put the remaining crab puffs in the bag with the egg foo young and left. All in all I miss the former management. A lot friendlier and more attentive to customers. I won't eat there again. I'll go back to Jade Green Palace, which I've also been going to for years. The food is better there, a little more costly but worth it and the owner is great.
