Nice little bakery that we get pastries from because they're sweet but not overly sweet, similar to what you'll find if you've ever been overseas (U.K. notwithstanding). We've had good luck with coffee & food quality & prefer to support small local shops over chains such as the one to their right [cough cough] {Charbucks} [cough]. (& I say that as a Gold Card Member of The Green Siren Club).

Stopped in on a quiet Tuesday morning. Large selection of pastries and sausage rolls. I snagged a couple of jalapeño sausage rolls. The sausage had a good snap, the jalapeños were bright and spicy, and the pasty was light and fluffy. I could see stopping back in while I am in town.

Great small town bakery. Love the cream cheese and fruit kolaches. Btw, the traditional sausage used is just that traditional. Beautiful & tasteful preordered cakes! Ours was a 50th Anniversary recreation.

They have the BEST cinnamon pecan rolls. If you have one, be prepared to crave them relentlessly! So I just wished they had a location in Austin because Hillsboro is a little too far to drive. They will ship though but you must order a half dozen as a minimum.
