Stopped by for a late lunch. I tried the cheesy beef sandwich, which is a new (to me, anyway) addition to their menu. It was really nice; I recommend it! Sort of like a Philly cheese steak, but with Italian beef. Came with fries and a drink as part of the meal. Service was good and the restaurant had a lively atmosphere and good crowd (not too crowded).
Omg. Julio and Marco are the best. I went to the glen Ellyn location and it was terrible. I gave a bad review on everything. On national beef day I tried out the Hillside location. Wow. Night and day. This location is the best. Atmosphere, staff friendliness, quality of food and experience were 100% better than the other location. Marco told me to come back to make up for the glen ellyn experience. I did, unfortunately it was his day off but the other staff remembered me and Julio kept Marcos promise. I will only go to this location in the future. You should too! Thanks for the great experience!
One of the best quick casual dining experiences I have had in a long time. The food is very good with a large menu, so everyone in the family found multiple things they could choose from. The restaurant itself is very modern, clean, and feels much nicer than most others in this class of chains.
Tried the new Cheesy Cheddar beef, personally, not a fan. I will go back to my standard favorite of the classic Chicago style beef. Only reason for 4 stars. The efficient and speedy staff, and facility all the standard of excellence that keeps Buona Beef a repeat for a Great Beef sandwich.

I forgot to get pictures but the place is really nice. The staff is awesome and the food is good. I will go back again before I leave the area tomorrow and if you are in the area it's worth a try.
