This is a great venue for parties (like luaus) or festival events, but is not likely to be on a visitor's agenda as a place to to visit.
Wow what a well organized event, the food was great the deserts even better and the costume contest and organized dance routines were very entertaining and offered cash prizes for the top three crowd pleasers . I would definitely recommend attending an event. Great people good time
Good for large parties. Central air unit is a plus. Others benefits depending on what your needs are. A little on the expensive side as far as rental fee. Always hard to get reservations. People are known to sleep over night to get a date that may be almost a year away.
Best place in Hilo to host a luau! A clean facility with a lot of parking and most importantly, air conditioning! Just be prepared to stand in line for about 4 days to reserve the venue a year in advance because everyone wants in.
Sweet community center. I came here for a great zumba class. It's a pretty bare bones facility, but it's quite clean and the spirit of the class was very inclusive and friendly.
It's a great place for big party's reunions anniversarys and much much more it has so much open space and you can design the place however you want
The most rented place on the island. Not a bad place to hold private party. Lots of free parking but real poor restrooms

This place has generous parking and is very spacious. Attended a wake service here. Lots of people attended and shared their "ALOHA" with the family.
