Pizza was as described and tasted good my children liked it. Fast friendly service, inside is bigger than I thought staff was quick to assist me. Awesome experience as this was my first time in that domino's pizza.

Very nice. Years ago I went to Domino's in Hilo, the pizza crust was like cardboard not in a good way. So recently I tried the new Domino's and was very impressed. The pizzas were indeed delicious and the crust was like a trip back to my childhood, growing up near Philadelphia. Now I only order pizza from Domino's because they are so much better than the soggy crust from Little C's or the greasy bread like crust from P hut. Just the setup of Domino's is even nicer, like the old time pizzeria on the corner of of neighborhood, where you could see the cooks doing their thing. Now I think I'll have to make a call! Lol!

Talk about true customer service.. Saturday 3/9, I was running late for a potluck party, so I ordered Domino's. I always order from the Kilauea Store, but since I was closer to Makaala, I decided to order from there. The special was only online, so I put my order in and went to Makaala to pick up. My order defaulted to Kilauea and so Makaala did not have my order. While standing there, they asked me what I had ordered, they put my order through, and had me reoder online. By the time I was done ordering, my food was ready, I paid and got to my potluck right on time!! Best service ever!!

of all the places i've lived & traveled (it's been quite a few) the domino places in HILO are the best! i don't mean the food - which is great - but the employees are all courteous & respectful, kind & patient. they do everything they can to ensure your order is exactly how you like it & to make the customer happy.
