I went on 12/01, the day of the Christmas parade. The lobby was packed, but the line was moving in jerks. I later realized that's because ordering was done in spurts, to keep things moving. Once I became aware of this, I was much more calm. Several of the other customers, however, weren't. They were rude, impatient, loud, and downright obnoxious, which almost ruined my experience. As the lines kept moving and things slowly died down, the staff started to really shine through. They were friendly, funny, polite, and incredibly poised. So, all-in-all, I would give the establishment a 5. Customers? -100

I have had past bad experiences in which i just asked for a refund based on the attitude of the person in the grill was upset that she gave me a cold burger and she made it seem like it was fault stating a lot of negative remarks in which the manager told her to stop. Now on this visit 01/16/2020, I received excellent customer service. My burger was not as hot as I wanted it and instead of them making a new one, i asked them to put in mircowave and they apologized immediately and offered to remake and i said no just put it in the microwave..well when it still wasn't hot enough for me, the manager said he will just have it remade and apologized again...when it was done the young lady that was working the grill actually came out and gave a personal apology...this crew during this time between 1 am and 230 am was the best I have ever had in any fastfood restaurant...KUDOS TO THIS TEAM. When i got to my office and bit into the burger i was in heaven...thanks

Service has greatly improved. The staff are really friendly, Food's good, and the service was fast. I always get the $5 big bag special and it never disappoints. It comes with two double cheeseburgers, french fries, a drink, and an apple pie; it's great all the time. I would recommend this selection for anybody that visits this Hardee's location.
