Really horrible chicken tenders. They totally changed. The last two times we got the big box with five strips. Last time they only gave us four. I had to go back. It's a big deal especially if two kids are splitting the meal. The time before that they only gave us three. I had to drive back again. T

Customer service is amazing. Food was hot and fresh. The staff was so friendly and engaging which definitely makes it one of my favorite fast food locations.

Might have to wait for a large specialty order, for I always order NO wings or Breast, only Legs and Thighs. Yet it is always made, cooked properly, and the family tears it up and there is NEVER any leftovers!

Ordered 12 piece tender meal got 9 after they pulled me forward for 20 min.. no ranch and only 1 gravy for 2 large mashed potatoes.. not to mention it was 35 dollars

Wait time was unbelievable. Saw three of the employees outside smoking while two employees tried to wait on numerous customers. I finally walked out.

The staff was probably the most pleasant people I have ever experienced in the fast food industry. The chicken that I got was very very fresh and I've never seen a chicken sandwich made so beautifully from a KFC before.

Extra crispy chicken was extra slimy, biscuits were not baked completely, the centers were as slimy as the chicken. The mac and cheese tasted like cardboard. The fries were warm. Won’t be back.
