The sandwich I purchased from this establishment is decent. It tastes good too, but definitely not the best sandwich I've ever had. The place was nice. It is clean and bright. It is definitely not hefty, but it has a nice and comfy ambiance. The place is not busy. I think there were only three customers when I went there, which means the service was quick. The staff are also nice and a bit friendly. Their menu has a variety of sandwich options. They also have "build your own," which is really nice for those who want their sandwich made by themselves with the specific ingredients, sauces, and add-ons that they want. I was too lazy to build my own sandwich, so I just ordered their brunch combo. The service was really quick, like I waited only a few minutes before I was able to get the sandwich. The portion is pretty huge. It was honestly a good-looking sandwich, like it was made perfectly. All I can say is that it tastes fresh and somehow good, but I was looking for a certain flavor that is definitely lacking to make it taste better. But, all in all, it was good and I was able to finish it. The price is also fair and reasonable, so this is a nice spot for sandwiches.

First off, I want to say that my experience here on 2/23/22 was a highly uncommon experience on a personal level for me. I actually brought people to this location last year but I had already eaten before so I did not take the opportunity to try this place. Fast forward to Wednesday 2/23/22 and a chance to stop in and make a try since I've been bored with many other food establishments that offer quick fare. I walked in and looked at the menu while soon deciding on "The Wicked" sandwich. I soon discovered an issue that would have prevented me from partaking in the meal but was then offered a level of service from the guy working that night that one just doesn't see in this day and age. My experience was salvaged so well that it will suffice me to say that this chain, more specifically this location, is in the upper echelon of chain sandwich stores. If you have a chance to try it, do so. If you have a mildly bad experience here? Maybe try it again. As for me, I will likely add this place to the list of places that I will strive to go to if I am passing through, and I do pass through this area often. Customer for life!
What a great sandwich shop. My "Wich" was done exactly as I ordered it and quickly too. A good change of pace from all the other assembly line sandwich shops. Rushi Patel made me feel welcomed and my business was greatly appreciated. Great customer service, THANKS again!!
Highly recommend. The sandwiches were made to perfection and the service was excellent. He was very polite and even checked on us later to make sure everything was to our liking. Top rated sandwich shop 👍
Healthy Sandwich ever, gluten free and vegetarian options available. Make your own sandwich with ample amount of options available to choose from. The concept is they have a wall with a bags and markers and you can select what you like and they will make it for you.
first time eating there. i got the club wich. SOO GOOD. got a regular fry & free drink! definitely a delicious experience and I will return to try the other sandwiches 🥪 😋
