It's a shame they are closing august 6th..I used to go here every Thursday as a kid for dinner some weeks I had pizza others I had soulvaki the place as always packed. Drove up this past weekend from Virginia had two slices and a soda simply the best the way I remember it....its a shame sunset mall has become a waste land and will soon be torn down.....
Oh my god!! I’m almost never in the sunvet mall but just happened to have to take care of something in there. Agean Pizza is amazing and I havent had it in years. So I couldnt resist grabbing a couple of slices and I am so glad I did. Still delicious. Too bad theyre in that mall. They might be the last store standing when its all said and done. Some of the best pizza you will find in this area for sure!
I want to do takeout on a Tuesday night. I ordered food and asked some questions on how the mozzarella pizza was made. Sliced fresh moz etc. the gentleman was a little short tempered but ended up with a mozzarella pizza and penne alla vodka. Tried to find the place and the guy was also short tempered asking where I was and what the problem was (it’s inside a closed strip mall). The restaurant was nice and the people seemed nice. Service was fast. The pizza ($24) was large, covered in moz and very runny. The pasta was good. Not bad for takeout.
Pizza taste just like NYC pizza! This has definitely become the pizza treat spot. UPDATE: Just tried their "Garlic knot pizza" it is to die for. What a delicious knife and fork meal.
You guys have been always been awesome. Your pizza is as it should be, generous crust, great sauce and high quality cheese. I was a little burned out on pizza tonight so I ordered the eggplant gyro. OUTSTANDING. The eggplant was sliced thin, cooked to perfection. I've never had this anywhere. I love eggplant, but it's hit or miss ordering it out. I am beyond happy I took a chance. Absolutely will order again.
Best pizza anywhere.....seriously though! I've been all over and have tried many a pizza. This place is the absolute best in my opinion. You can't beat that sauce.
The BEST round pizza in Suffolk county! Been going here since I was a kid and it is consistently delicious. This restaurant is the only business left in the sun vet mall. Soon to be condos. Show some love to Aegean and go for lunch or dinner. You will not be disappointed.....
One of our favorite places for years... You will be sorely missed!! We are really hoping you open in a new location. Wherever it is we would go!! Meatballs are second to none and the pizza is almost deep dish and soooo good.. Just amazing, we will miss you!
I have been visiting Aegean for 40 years and is the only pizza in Holbrook that I would recommend to my friends. I heard on the news that you are moving out of the Sun-Vet Mall. Please keep us all up to date, hoping you find a new home. Don't retire until you're ready. Your customers will return.
Omg..my best friend just told me today this pizza place was closing. She took me there once saying THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA EVER! We basically share the same brain.. not kidding and we are in our 40’s!! I trusted her. We were Christmas shopping and we ran in to get a slice….well..my girl doesn’t lie to me! FKN AMAZING!!! And the guys behind the counter..whatever age..hot! So I love to be served food by a MAN THAT TO BOOT..IS CUTE IN SOME WAY!! So win, win!! I’m so sorry this family can’t keep the doors open! It’s doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out it’s LOCATION, LOCATION..LOCATION! How can we as a community..I know, STRONG
