Always enjoy this location. Love that is 24 hours. Staff is always friendly. Food is usually always good too.
If the signs are shut off, don't worry, they are still open. Noticed they are off late at night, but open sign is usually still on, and doors are always open. Only time I didn't enjoy the food was around 2pm during the week one week, and I'll just take that as a bad day, everyone has them.
But clean restaurant, good food, and awesome staff.
Food was of satisfactory quality (hot and well cooked) and done in a timely manner. Eric, the server, was super nice and attendant and fixed our order right away when we got something different than what we asked for. The restaurant could be cleaner but judging by the few employees that were there, it was good. It's a much better experience than one we had before. Definitely visiting again.
I recently visited IHOP and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the service was excellent, and the food was very good. However the interior of the restaurant feels tired and in need of professional refurbishment. The seats and tables are in pretty rough shape and the restroom could really use some professional help.
I think that improvements to the seating area and restroom facilities are essential to ensure customers have a more pleasant dining experience.
Only reason I couldn't give 5 stars, was because of the food. We ordered 2 biscuit and gravy combos. Bacon, links, 2 eggs, and hashbrowns. I had sausage in my gravy, my husband did not. Both of our orders of hashbrowns were barely browned. They weren't finished cooking. The servers were awesome. We received a new order of hashbrowns for my husband, I ate mine half cooked. We've visited here before and both really like this location, but not sure if I'll go back on a Wednesday afternoon around 2pm. I think I'll wait for the dinner chef to come in.
Would give 10 stars for the food alone, it was cooked to perfection and every bite has a blast of flavor. I had the spicy shredded Beef burrito and substituted the rice for eggs (perfect blend of flavor and texture). The only reason It doesn't deserve 5 stars is for the service. Our waitress was not friendly at all and she never came back for refills. (Left us at the table before even asking for our drink order).
Great staff and food, atmosphere is nice too. You may have the occasional cranky customer near you and the wait for food is a bit long, but overall nice. One of the menus had an upside down page too. Found a hair in my honey mustard but I'm not picky about that, so if you are, take this review with a grain of salt!
Service was great, food was good, and it was clean. Had a bit of a wait but what do you expect on a Sunday shortly after 11:00am. So glad they have the biscuits and gravy back on the menu. I actually stopped eating there for a while after they took them off a bit over a year ago.
The food is always good here. Be prepared to wait, there always seems to be quite a line. Between 30 minutes to an hour. One odd thing, they ask for your phone number now so that they can text you when a table opens up, but you are standing right there and they do not call out your name.
The food was good and hot but the restaurant
lacked cleanliness. I sat on a chair with a very sticky back to it and the ceiling vent had a lot of dust just needs some cleaning. Other than that we had good waitress and a good meal.
