Absolutely delicious! The Kobe beef lives up to its name - having actually tasted Kobe beef in Japan and knowing nothing else compares, this was a sight for sore eyes...or tastebuds for that matter. and the wings! I can’t rave enough about the wings. I’ve never been so impressed with wings! Since I’m allergic to dairy, wings are a common go-to when we eat out since few menu items are dairy-free. So, it’s saying something that I’m raving about wings - we were wishing for more!!
So happy we found this place!! Great food, atmosphere, drinks & service. Will definitely be a weekly spot and would be more if we didn’t live 30 miles away!! Thank you chef for some of the best food I’ve had in awhile!!
Have been several times. Unfortunately this location is cursed, I call it The Curse Of Slow Service. My wife and I have been a good dozen times, doubly-so when it was its former self and we’ve almost never had service we’d call anything close to average. Wait for drink orders, wait for drinks........wait.........wait..........wait...........wait to order food and then (wait for it..)..........wait for food....wait for food....wait for food...whoops!...wait for a refill and food.....wait for a refill and food.....wait to see the waitress in what Is close to five minutes but you can’t even flag her down because she isn’t even around but seriously where does she go for that long when there are only two 2-tops and three employees waiting on the entire restaurant....:and waiting.....well, you get the point.
Food almost makes up for the quality of the service because it really is good. Fish and chips are awesome, poutine is something you don’t get around here and that’s something I love coming here for when I miss home (Québec), burgers are really good.
But. Please. Speed. Up. Your. Service. For. The. Love. Of. God.

REDEMPTION! - update
Yet another trip to the Pour House and I’m happy to report timely service! Whoop!
Keep up the good work!
Top notch food, servers and environment! Definately recommend! This place must have owners that care about their customers.
Seriously the best food! Jayme is the best waiter ever—super attentive and hilarious!
Best burger you will ever have in your life love the mother hefer comes with house smoked pastrami on top of the burger its my favorite
Absolutely the best hamburger I’ve ever had. I will definitely go back, and recommend this restaurant to friends and family!
absolutely amazing. just threw a big party here, everyone said it was the best food they've had in awhile :) so so so good. great service. classy, great atmosphere. would 100% recommend!!
We have enjoyed everything we've tried in multiple trips. The staff is gracious and the food is great. Love having this option in the Branson area.
Love this place!!!
Will go back as service was great food was great.
Best Prime Rib I’ve had!!!
My wife had the shepherds pie and loved it also...
Wow! Nice place! Great burger! Great service! Hollister needed a place like this! Great job guys!
Great atmosphere, great food, and friendly, attentive staff! Our new spot!
Awesome burgers, I think we have had every one, the HAFB is the bomb! The fries are incredible. The shepherds pie and prime rib are also fantastic. (Yes, we go here a lot) Staff is friendly and attentive. Please, please, please bring back scotch eggs!!!
Great food and great service. The homemade pastrami is fantastic. Had the pastrami dinner and the pastrami sandwich, which were both awesome.
Such a great place to stop for lunch or dinner. I think this is my new favorite local spot. Half our party got their wagyu burgers (the Mother Heifer, HAFB, and one other) and they didn't disappoint. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked to specifications. Shepard's pie was wonderful and so filling. The cob fish and chips were beautifully fried and fresh. Buffalo chicken sandwich was enormous and absolute perfection. We can't complain or knock any part of this dining experience. Alice was our server: she kept our drinks full, was absolutely delightful, and was a good sport with the jokes my hubby and Dad had. Emaculant bathrooms and capable bartender. Definitely will be coming back.
Came on Local's recommendation & not disappointed. Excellent food and beer selection. Friendly wait staff with attention to service. Beautiful day, so chose to sit outside on patio and the flies were a nuisance. Inside an old English-style Inn & Pub, so very charming, but can be noisy for conversation. We shared the Reuben, which was piled high with pastrami, and a Wagyu burger. Both filling and flavorful! Hope to make this a regular stop anytime we're in Branson!
Unique surroundings and menu. I wouldn’t exactly call it American cuisine. I have never had food quite like. Everything I had was good. I had the chicken (covered in bbq sauce, cheese, and bacon; Brabant potatoes (my first experience with potatoes cooked this way), and I had the buttered cabbage (it was very good).
Great food and very friendly wait staff! The burger with pastrami was delicious and so we’re the nachos. My wife had the grilled cheese and said it was really good. I only got a bite of the bacon that was inside of it but it was tasty.
Stopped for a drink. But the history is amazing. The look of the building inside and outside. Supposedly, it is haunted by the original owner in 1912.
Very unique story and history of the Town.
Unique dining experience. White table cloth, quaint outdoor seating and small bar.
Had dinner tonight at Downing Street pub, our tried and true, go to restaurant and pub. The pork chop is delish! Steve had the pimento cheese burger. When he is happy all is good in the world!

Went here after seeing a show and waited a short time to be seated. Atmosphere is Just ok. It’s kinda cold inside but the food was great! Loved the poutine and burger. Salad was excellent. My daughter loved the sweet potato fries and turkey sandwich.
Absolutely Amazing from the salad to the burgers. My new favorite place in the area!!! Don’t over look this place!
All in all, it's a good spot for dinner. Cool atmosphere: The dining area is connected to "Ye Olde English Inn."
I had the steak frites. It was a flavorful meal, and the fries were also great. Fresh chopped garlic was a nice touch. The meal could use a vegetable included as part of the default order.
A couple of things could improve the experience. They don't take reservations, which was too bad, especially for larger parties (ours had 8). Even though we called earlier in the day and knew exactly when we would arrive, it didn't matter. We still had about a 40-minute wait to be seated.
They could also use a kids' menu! They had kids items, but they weren't listed on the menu, so we had to specially ask for them.
Our server was polite and as prompt as she could be, given the busyness of the evening we were there.
