Pros: Great service. Nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices. Cons: croquetas were a little dry and bunuelos were dense. The rest of the food was delicious and made up for it

I recently had the pleasure of trying the paella, rabo encendido, and wine at Las Vegas, and I must say it was a truly a delightful experience. The paella was perfectly cooked, with a mouth-watering combination of saffron-infused rice and fresh seafood. The rabo encendido was a real standout dish, with tender oxtail slow-cooked to perfection in a rich, flavorful sauce. And to top it all off, the wine selection was top-notch, with a variety of options to suit every palate. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, with soft lighting, murals of Cuba, and fabulous classic Latin Music. I especially enjoyed Gloria Estefan, Mi Tierra, which I requested and was indulged with.. It made for a truly enjoyable dining experience. The staff was friendly and attentive and informed me about their specials and wine specials. Overall, I highly recommend Las Vegas for anyone looking for a Classic Cuban experience. The paella, rabo encendido, and wine were all outstanding, and the service is always exceptional. I usually visit the Pembroke Pines location on University Drive where you’ll find Maria and Jorge who are always very kind and attentive. The owner is sometimes there too and she is lovely as well. She most likely cherry picks staff as if she was adopting them into their family. Great Customer service is rare these days. However, you can expect to find it here! If you're in the area, make sure to stop by and treat yourself to a truly unforgettable experience and welcome!

Amazing authentic Hispanic cuisine. Everything we ordered was amazing. The churrasco with chimichurri was on point. Seasoned perfectly and cooked to tender. I had the Ropa Vieja which was also succulent. The prices were very reasonable and portion sizes were acceptable.

I liked this place. Service was fast. Waitress very friendly and helpful with the menu. Place was quiet in the early evening when I visited. Food was warm and tasted fresh. I eat a lot of pork and their pork was good. Good seasoning and cooking. The Gallego soup was so tasty and filling. Definitely going back. The only downside is the parking. But if you don't mind driving around for a spot, the food is worth it.

Great authentic Cuban food at reasonable prices. Don't let the location discourage you. The restaurant provides a pleasant atmosphere, great dine-in service and take out is packaged right. Don't miss the cafe con leche and desserts. "Daily" lunch specials too!

This restaurant is a go-to for my family. Service is fast. Food is always flavored for perfection. The boys' favorite dish is the breaded chicken.

We went on a Thursday at around 4:45pm, there were only 2 other patrons and we didn’t know what to expect! It was our first time here. We were seated and right away offered a bread basket and water. I notice the water tasted or rather had no taste like other restaurants so that was a big plus! We ordered an avocado salad, the avocado was perfect and plenty. For the main course we had Vaca Frita and Churrasco, each included white rice, black beans and sweet plantains. I could not say enough when I say the meat was perfectly seasoned and cooked at the right term, the vaca frita was nice and crisp on the outside but tense and juicy and so was the Churrasco, at medium term and the right size too! The chimichurri sauce was delicious! We had a creme brûlée for dessert, the taste was homemade no complaints there either. All in all we enjoyed our food here from the time we sat down and would recommend to anyone looking to have excellent Cuban food! The menu had everything you can think of and they have specials every day. We found out that Thursdays is ladies night and if you arrive at 5 PM you get a free glass of house wine or sangria.
