I had a pleasant dining experience , food of the most exquisite flavour, the chef takes great care in selecting the best quality ingredient , the menu offers a wide variety of mouth watering starters, all products were fresh ...for this reason I highly recommend going to the LEGADO restaurant...

Our meal was terrific from start to finish from the fresh baked bread with pickled zucchini to the 1000 layer dessert. The congrio was some of the best fish I have ever eaten and the ceviche legado was amazing. And the service! Terrific! Highly recommended...

Legado is a great Chilean restaurant. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was great, lots of authentic Chilean dishes. They serve bread with pebre and aji. I had a lamb roast which had a smooth, rich flavor. My wife went with pastel de choclo because she was feeling nastalgic, she enjoyed it but said it had the wrong olives. The wine was great as well.

Wow! What a gem! I had dinner at El Legado and it's was impeccable! It's a family owned restaurant and that adds big plus. When I asked about the size of the plates, the owner's son told me: "my father don't like small portions. We make gourmet food but not gourmet portions." Yeah! I ordered machas (tipical Chilean clamshell) and it tasted as fresh as the ones I had in Santiago de Chile, many years ago. The BIFE DE CHORIZO A LA PARRILLA was so tasty, juicy and delicious. I recommend this place to everybody.

Congratulatory message only applies if owner is from the north of Chile, NOT a transplant from Santiago, for their entrepreneurial skills. Staff was friendly. I had Machas a la Parmesana (very good); empanadas (very good), locos con mayonesa (very good) and Pisco Sour (good but weak), sopa de mariscos (too salty and it was packed in aluminum tray to go instead of plastic container w/lid making it very unppealing and difficult to eat and warm up in a hotel situation, no spoon provided). Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend it to family and friends.

One of the best Chilean restaurant I had tasted, and I am from Chile! The tuna with salad was great and the shrimp and scallop risotto was amazing also huge and crispy grilled octopus. Gourmet quality with very big plates I couldn't eat dessert. Wonderful place attended by its owner, I really recommended it to eat a real extraordinarily Chilean food.

It took a loooooong time for the food to come, but it was hot and tasted fresh. The empanadas were fantastic (and what I recommend if you don't know what to get)! Service was really good as well. A little pricey, but portions were reasonable (not too big, not too small). All in all, a good restaurant for a family dinner!
