I ordered the Tropichop and Chicken With Rice & Beans, and it tastes delicious. The cooks and cashiers (and cleaning crew) were great as well, keep up the good work.
First time in this location, it was great! Better than the usual pollo I just to go in pembroke pines! The guy who took my order was very polite and friendly!

Always a great place to eat healthy food for a great value in a convenient location. This location on Sheridan St in particular seems to be on a higher level. It’s just really good and I am thankful to have this business in my neighborhood.

Great value for fast food. I would recommend the family meal to share. It includes all the components of the troppy chop that you can put together yourself. It can feed a family of three or four. I always add a side of corn because it goes really well with the meal. Total cost is about $27 for everything.
My only complaint is they don't give you much sauce. It's an essential part of this meal and they only give you 3-4 small portions. I had to ask to get two more which is just enough.

Rude, unprofessional. Wrong food was given to me. I spent $45. There was even a homeless person laying IN FRONT of the main entrance. I'm truly sorry for that person, we literally had to step over them to get inside store! I did call corporate immediately. Not so much about the homeless person, but about the stores associates. This wasn't the first time either. The food is usually ok at other stores, not the associates. 🤬😡
Awesome grilled chicken. The pork was equally great. The sauces were amazing. Everyone in the family loved the food. The sides were delicious. The value for the price is off the charts. Please open in Cincinnati!

The manager Sharia was AMAZING!!! I tried to place a huge order online with a few modifications and it wouldn't work. I went into the store, spoke with her, and she helped me save money and time. I’m from New York and came to Hollywood to visit my family and we came to have dinner. I have had pollo tropical a long time ago and I have to say that Nadia and Mary were awesome and my kids loved the cheesy yuca bites. Thanx for the great experience. The food was great and tasty.👍🏻💪🏻
