I Love it fresh and they fix it right in front of you. If you get the large cold sub, its more than enough for a decent price as well. I recommend this place to any sub lover.

Opened at the beginning of 2023, this cozy eatery offers tasty food ranging from breakfast to subs. Portions aren’t small nor big. They are just right to not go away feeling like you’re hungry or over stuffed!
My partner met one of the owners at a chamber of commerce breakfast and after he came home and told me about the food, I was like: we gotta go try!
When we went they were getting ready to host a big birthday party so they had most tables arranged to fit that party.
They quickly pulled out a table so we could sit and order. From the moment we walked in, we felt homey and welcomed. Every thing was clean, nothing was out of place. It felt cozy and hip.
We ordered an omelette (2 eggs and cheese) with an everything bagel with cream cheese, and an over easy egg with toast and biscuits with gravy. For drinks we had regular coffee and an iced latte.
Everything was brought out in a timely manner and everything tasted good. Nothing needed salt or pepper nor was bland.
They have a specialty drink called llama way I believe which is made with caramel and vanilla that I will try next time we go.
They are located right next to the UPS store on Hollywood Blvd so hey, why not stop by for a pastry and delicious coffee on your way out of dropping off a package?

Everything at Abide taste like it was made with love! The same welcoming love you feel when you walk through the door. This place is exactly what our community needed. Better quality food options as well as a great gathering place, definitely easy to become a regular! Go on by and enjoy!!
Was a great time spent with my church community group. Food was really good - authentic Peruvian dishes and even my hubby tried something new. Wait staff was young but was able to handle our crowd. The restaurant theme is Christ centered which was a nice touch. Genuine patrons with affordable dishes. Would definitely recommend !
Used to come here when it was Sub city. Definitely love the new look and food options as Abide Cafe. The owners are very attentive and the staff is very courteous. Their cafe con leche was also great!
A few friends of mine just ordered from Abide cafe and we were absolutely blown away with how good the food was! Good quality, great presentation and super flavorful! So happy we got to try it! We'll be ordering alot more. 10 out of 10 !
This is the best sub joint i ever been to the staff is very nice and polite and very funny as well lol. The food is phenomenal i love the fruit punch and pink lemonade that carrying on. I was just passing by and i was really hungry and when i walked inside they treated me like family. I love all the Miami dolphins memorabilia and the restaurant is nice and clean and you can watch tv while you're eating with your friends or with your family and i feel very safe inside there as well. I'm going to try the philly cheesesteak sub next i heard great things about it. I would love to asked the owner to stay open until 7pm on friday and Saturday only but that's up to him but folks this is the best food in town and it's money well spent
We loved the food, service and atmosphere. We are always welcomed and treated like family. We definitely recommend trying the vegetable omelets and Guiso de Pollo.
I went for dinner with my family and got the lomo saltado, it had the best flavor i’ve ever tasted. The service was also great. Definitely recommend trying it out if you haven’t already!

It was about 8am and I just wanted an alternative to Starbucks or Dunken', it turns out to be a beautiful and pleasant alternative.
I forgot what kind of coffee I got, but it made with a non-dairy milk. I didn’t really want what was on the breakfast menu so the waitress got the Owner to create something for my morning pallet -
