Very good. Pleasantly surprised. I had loaded pulled pork potato skins, my husband and son had fried shrimp and pulled pork sandwich with macaroni & cheese and fried okra. We also got the fried mushroom basket appetizer with ranch and horseradish dipping sauces. Lots of food. They definitely don't skimp on the food....big portions of everything. Pork was very tender. Bbq sauce was really good. Only thing my husband and son didn't like was the mac & cheese. He said it was cold. Very busy place but everyone was very friendly. You can sit outside which I would recommend if your concerned about covid. Inside was packed and tables were close together. Not sure how much the bill was cause I didn't see it. Thought the prices were good for the amount we got. We took a big to go box home. They have a full bar. Very clean place and tastefully decorated. Definitely will go back. Family friendly.
I had the Philly with fried okra and my husband had fried fish with tater tots. The Philly came with onion, bell peppers, mushrooms and cheese. It was yummy. My husband said the fish was good and he loves the tots. Server was friendly and fast.
Went there for lunch today. My buddy and I both ordered the prime rib sandwich special. It was amazing so so good
I had Fried okra as a side and it was perfectly cooked and seasoned
But tried the coke slaw and liked it as well
Staff was friendly and service was very prompt!

Tried this restaurant for the first time today & loved it, definitely repeat for our family! Delicious food and excellent service, their banana cream pie was amazing!!

Great food! Salad had big leaves of deep green romaine lettuce, large wedges of tomato and cucumber and red onion. Chunks were so big I had to cut them up. Salad also tasted fresh.
Appetizer was cream cheese jalapeno poppers. Serving size was 8!
They also have fried mushrooms and pickles among others.
Sandwich was JUICY and TENDER prime rib with onion, cheese and buttered bun. Yum!
Hubby ordered the same as I did and his was great as well.
Service was exceptional, but we there were only 2 tables of customers, so...
Bill was $40 and change, which I don't mind paying for quality food!

Second visit...
Ordered 1 appetizer, 2 philly cheese steak sandwiches (very dry), 2 grilled cheese sandwiches (kids menu), couple of beers and 2 kids lemonades. Bill was $70!! Ridiculous!!
Could have had steaks for all at other places for that price!
Will only eat specials from now on OR go elsewhere.
After going to devils den we wanted to try something and fat daddy seemed like itd be good. We had a gorgeous waitress and she suggested the deep fried cheese cake in which I really expected to be disgusting because deep fried?? And compared to fair food?? I was thinking my God it's going to be gross! Well it was amazing!! Very delicious! Best part of the meal lol
I almost didn't go because of the name "Fat Daddy" The smoked meat special was awesome! Thanks Fat Daddy, we Love You! Delicious!
This place was awesome!!! Mostly because they were beyond wonderful to our pup. My husband and I were in the area for a few days and stopped in here. The girls were so sweet to our dog and took such good care of her. It really meant a lot to us! We would come back anytime! Food was pretty good too, great fried okra!
