Reviews Starbucks, Hilton Hawaiian Village-kalia Tower

Quite possibly the most efficiently run Starbucks I have ever visited. Is it pricey? Of course. So is everything in this area, but with a long line out the door we were in, ordered, and out with food and beverage in an easy to carry bag for a family of 4 in under 15 minutes. Don't be discouraged by the long line. It moves quickly.

So this is the location that everyone from the Hilton Waikiki flock to each morning. The only reason 4 star instead of 5 is because the line is always a half hour or more. That being said, it’s fully staffed and the employees actually have great friendly service with smiles and from time of ordering to getting our coffees it was only a couple minutes. Prices are higher since it’s Hawaii, so you are paying about $8 per beverage and about $9 per breakfast. Honolulu food prices are super high, so this is actually cheaper than everything around except for the ABC stores. They also let you charge to your Hilton room at this location. Went here twice on our vacation and both times had a very similar experience. I had iced coffee one day and a hot brew the other and both were great.

This is NOT a corporate store & is owned by the hotel. You can NOT redeem rewards or the birthday drink at this hotel but you can charge your purchase to your room. Today on 3/6/2022, my husband got a cup and our cashier Tateianna (has seashells in her braids) wrapped up our cup really well without us even having to ask! She was super friendly and chatted with us about the store. There is currently only outside seating due to Covid so either eat at the table outside or take it up to your room. At noon it's a ghost town but during breakfast, 7-10, there has been a line out of the door every day I've been at the resort.

I love here! It’s more expensive than other starbuckses but it’s okay because of convenience. Tall size iced americano - $5.05 Tall size freshly brewed coffee - $3.50 (As of 1/31/2022)

This location is in the Hilton Hawaiian Village resort. The line starts forming as soon as it opens. Don't get discouraged by the line because it moves fairly quick. This store is staffed with several employees and they are all working hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible. They are always super friendly too! I enjoyed visiting this store every morning during my stay!

Not really amused with this one. Coldly turned lights off as I tried to take pictures for Google Maps. Close too early. I am not amused! UPDATE: Visited a week later when they were opened and had a much better experience. Very courteous and professional staff.

Was it busy? Yes. Was it more expensive than a mainland Starbucks? Probably not by much. The line moves very fast, my order was correct, they had the “you are here” cups in both Hawaii and Waikiki versions and it was steps away from my room. What more can be expected from one of the busiest travel destinations in the world. Very impressed.

I got a good grande almond milk flat white here but paid nearly $9.00 for it! I guess that's probably par for the course for a Hilton property in Hawaii, but wowzers that's steep! I came around 3:45 and the store wasn't crowded at all. Service was a little bit slow considering how few people were in the store, but that was possibly due to a customer holding up the like right before I entered.

Close by the hotel property, opens early which is a plus. Prices are higher than usual, nearest one would be at the outrigger hotel. Gold member refills are $1 for brewed. Overall convenience is what you paying extra for.

30 min to get few coffees. Long lines… and kinda slow… don’t blame them but with hotel fully sold out they need to do something
