WOW this restaurant has some great Korean food and has been my favourite restaurant so far in Hawaii. Most restaurants are really mid (bad) but this place was delicious. I ordered the bibimbap with beef and it was pretty damn good. I really liked it but the waitresses were really busy and took awhile to give us the check and drinks. But other than that this was my favourite place in Hawaii. very very good πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜ŽπŸ˜ŽπŸ˜ŽπŸ€€πŸ€€

Came here for the first time today for a small grad party get together. The food is amazing and comes to you hot and fresh on the plate. My only thing is that it's sort of small and the tables and chairs are also small and feels like you have to kind of squeeze together to fit everyone on a table. But other than that, it's a good place if you're coming here on your own or for a table for two. And for those who are BTS fans... they are partnered with BT21. So if you're Army, come on by and check them out.

This is always my first meal in Waikiki. You can always rely on the kalbi and spicy pork bulgogi.

Ordered door dash, so this review won't include temperature and possible texture. Ordered seafood soft tofu soup, mandoo, chap chae(glass noodles) and tteokbokki. The seafood tofu soup was the best dish out of the four, it came with rice and banchan. It has good flavor profiles, spice was good, not too spicy. The chap chae was just so-so, it didn't have the usual flavor that we are used to, and the noodles were different traditional style. The tteokbokki was nice and soft easy to eat, but the flavor is also not so awesome, it was on the sweet side, we did order it medium spice, but even for someone like me who doesn't like spicy foods too much, this was too mild. Mandoo is almost always good, though these are frozen style, and not freshly folded and made. So for frozen mandoo fried, these are good. Overall I think next time I would prefer to eat in, rather than order out. Side notes: I love the reusable take out containers, makes it worth it to eat out. Door dash driver was good, even with all the traffic. So, if you order online for delivery I'd use door dash if they have options.

My experience was wonderful! Went with my family, they treated us nice, didn't make a problem of my wheelchair. The food was so delicious. Prices are okay. I saw so many mixed reviews, but it wasn't anything at all like that. I'm so glad I could go here, and I'd want to stop by again if I can afford it!

Came to eat here since marugame just around the corner was selling out of their items. It was quite empty in here (but soon lots of groups rolled in). The food didn't come out quickly, and we had to call for a server a few times (there seemed to be just 1 server). The food was pretty good though and came in nice big quantities. I'd come back here for a chill medium-low effort dining.

Butter chicken was very good. Service was good. We arrived just before the crowd. No a big place so be prepared to wait.

Across the street from the hotel and the international market. Tons of variety and everything had a unique flavor. Super tasty, super memorable. So good during our 4 day stay in Hawaii since it was so good we had it twice. During COVID it was easier to get to go and eat in the hotel room

I grabbed tteok-bokki (fish cake, rice cake with spicy sauce topped with cheese) for my dad and he really enjoyed this. Great portion size for $20. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of this. Take out took at least 20 minutes and the restaurant was empty. The service was nice and friendly. The restaurant walls were decorated with cute drawings made by children who visited the restaurant. What a great idea!

I had tried lots of Korean food on the island but this place is definitely my #1!! The food is always so yummy!!! And with all the BTS army drawings it makes the restaurant supper family friendly and cute! So if you like BTS and Korean food like me I definitely recommend Mikawons & Vons Chicken!!! Me and the waitress even have a Insider joke DING DONG πŸ”” HAHAHA

We scored the BTS table & got to sit in the same spot where they did when they were here in 2017 for season 2 of Bon Voyage. The food is nothing short of amazing… I will definitely have to drive back into Waikiki from the other side of the island where I live because it is so worth it. The fried chicken, samgyupsal, & yukhoe were all delicious & so filling. All the other Korean food entrees I’m told we ordered were also on point. We even got a rare picture with the owner of the restaurant! Which made the evening memorable especially because BTS brought us here. Prices are not bad at all. Especially for Waikiki. I was shocked at how affordable everything was. I need to make it back to get more of my favorites & to try more items off of their extensive menu!
