This place is perfect if you want a nice icy treat in front of the pool. There are many different toppings and flavour options, and even a lot of options of horse you want your ice cream to cone. For example, they have things like waffle cone bowls, regular bowls, sprinkle coated waffle cones, and more! You can even take home your favourite flavour in a pint bucket! It is convenient if you are staying at the Sheraton as you can pop the ice cream in your freezer!

Baskin-Robbins is located in the Sheraton Waikiki Resort Hotel. Baskin-Robbins has a wide variety of ice cream flavors, cones, and sundaes 🍨. They are not giving out a taste right now due to COVID-19 but our ice cream sundae was wonderful! Service was great, Inc cream wonderful, prices were reasonable! Only one person works here so it can. Take up to 10 minutes to get ice cream. Otherwise it's cool. They have lots of flavors and shaved ice right on the beach

We were looking for ice cream on a hot, sunny afternoon in Waikiki Beach when we came upon this Baskin-Robbins shop. We enjoyed our first visit to this particular Baskin-Robbins so much that we came back another day for another hot fudge sundae. This time we got the three scoop ice cream sundae -- two scoops of macadamia nut ice cream plus one scoop of nutty coconut ice cream, hot fudge (yum!), whipped cream, nuts, and a cherry. Lorna made us a work of art that was absolutely delicious. (Thanks, Lorna!) It was our very first three scoop sundae, and now we are big fans of this delectable dessert. Great ice cream, great location, great service -- what more can a person ask for while vacationing in Waikiki?!
It's inside a hotel. Very limited seating. The folks are nice but there's four chairs in the whole store. You got to go through the lobby of the hotel to get there.
Always good, hidden away in the Sheraton Waikiki. Service and prices are good, can't beat the 31 flavours on a hot day!
I love it has cheap prices, and it's in a great location, so I can chill or play Foosball, or go for a swim, or even play pool. Also great service.
