Marie did an outstanding job on my wedding cake! I have multiple food allergies including gluten, dairy, and eggs, and she took on the job of making a wedding cake that I could eat! I wasn't sure this would be possible for my destination wedding, so I was just thrilled to find her. She communicated with me to coordinate the planning prior to my arrival in Hawaii, and was very easy to work with. The cake by far exceeded expectations! It was so beautiful, and she incorporated our cake topper. All of my guests ate from my "special" cake as well, and everyone thought it was delicious! I highly recommend Sweet Marie's for anyone needing an allergy friendly cake for an event!
sweet memories makes the most wonderful cakes and pastries for those of us that are lactose intolerant. she made my birthday! now that doesn't mean that she doesn't make some yummy cheesy food, she makes all kinds of goodness! you can go in there for a meal to. sweet memories is just that.
Amazing is all I can say!!! She will make you a custom meal. Very educated about all allergies. So amazing wish she would move to Rancho Cucamonga so that we could go a few times a week. Marie is the most amazing woman ever
So glad to find this allergen friendly baker here in Honolulu!! The owner is a vibrant, outgoing woman named Marie who makes you feel at home, the moment you walk in. It's a little shop, off the beaten path. She makes all kinds of allergen friendly goodies. Her dairy and gluten free muffins are delicious! I had a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache made for my birthday, that was dairy free and gluten free. It was amazing! She also offers breakfast and lunch items as well. The monte cristo is my recommendation! If you are gluten or dairy free, definitely take the time to check her out. It's worth it!
Most delicious and beautiful Wedding Cupcakes EVER! We didn't think it possible to give our Daughter her dream Gluten and Lactose Free Wedding. Thanks to Marie going completely out of her way and meeting us at out hotel on her own time it became a reality. Kidos for going above and beyond to insure our successful event.
