Was in the mood for some fresh manapua, so we headed to Chun Wah Kam in town. We were SO pleasantly surprised to see the colorful steamed manapua for the Easter season! They were almost too cute to eat (not)! Who can resist a hot manapua?! It totally hit the spot, with a side of pork has and crispy gau gee... so yummy!

Outstanding service and food!! The staff is knowledgeable and helped assist us novices. The food was delightful, the Manapua is unforgettable, and the Almond cookies are delectable! Thank you for a fantastic experience!

I had the most delicious Char Siu Manapua today at Chun Wah Kam! The bread was soft and sweet, filled full of char siu meat. I've never had better! The manager should give his food preparers and servers all a raise!

Made a phone order to bring back to Maui and I had to change the pick up time three times. But they didn't give any attitude about it. Was very accommodating. So that's why I highly recommend them

Manapua is a Hawaiian word. It's the shortened version of two words: Mea ʻono puaʻa which means "delicious pork thing." Mauna puaa which means "mountain of pork." This things where delicious told the lady who helped me that I had never had any she was kind enough to put together a boxed filled with different Manapua with different fillings Perfect to take to the beach and snack on Felt like I was eating cloud bread Get their early some filling sell faster than others

Ordered hot lunch. First time we didn't get manpua. Going back again to get manapua. Chow fun was good.

Came for the manapua on 7/7 and was disappointed to learn that they had an equipment issue that severely limited the manapua available. We tried steamed char siu and it was good, but the real treasure is all of the different kinds of noodles as the name suggests. They were delicious!!

Different, larger variety of food. A large restaurant with a good staff. Friendly and helpful. The environment felt young with pop music playing but the food was old school and the guest looked more like locals than tourists. The food was really good.

come hungry! the 'regular' plate will easily feed two people. mini plate is still typically more than one person can eat. amazing selection of local favorites and they are all ONO-licious! OH OH and they serve DIET COKE! which isn't the popular choice here in Hawaii. they lose one star because the close at 7pm on weekdays and 4pm on weekends. too early.

I've never been to this Chun Wah restaurant until recently. I ordered their mini plate char sui, hong kong udon noodles, garlic fried rice, crispy gaugee, and pork hash. After eating what I thought was a lot, I looked down at my plate that was still half full as if I never touched it! Highly recommend this place! Reminds me of my childhood growing up here in Hawaii when my grandparents were still alive!

Good food, generous portions and reasonably priced. The mini plate is enough for 2-3 meals for me. I start with ginger chicken fried rice then make my other choices. Also the Manapuas and dim sum are delicious.

Great...GREAT noodles and food. And the quantity was very generous. The price seemed a bit high, but, no...for the amount and quality the price is a bargain. Garlic chicken, beef and brocolli and more. It was good enough that we will go back, fo sho.
