Discovered this place thanks to Mikey Chen. It's across from the Prince Waikiki hotel. I went there for an early lunch and it was pretty quiet which suits me. They offer a range of dishes but the steak and shrimp caught my eye. The steak was cooked perfectly and it was juicy. The shrimps were tasty and well sauced. The overall meal was just perfectly portioned so it was filling without feeling bloated.
The setting is pretty relaxed and covered so you can eat under shade. It's near the water which has a cooling breeze.
I went back a couple of days later and had some more of their dishes.
The food in this place is absolutely phenomenal! The plates had so much flavor! And the ambiance was another level!
Staff is super friendly too!
I visited twice, and the first time they had live music on a weekend!
This place is an amazing find, beautiful atmosphere right on the marina, great cheap and cheerful food from two food truck type setups, one doing authentic Hawaiian seafood and meats options and the other doing tacos and nachos and deserts. Surprising as better quality and value than we had at the more expensive resort type places. Super chilled option if you don't want to be eating at the surrounding resorts. Not licensed but you can bring your own wine and cups. Kid friendly big bonus for us!

Sober from the blue water shrimp truck was fantastic! The open air environment in front of the marina is beautiful, and you watch canoe clubs paddle by as the sun sets. It's a byob kind of place, with live music around 6pm nightly. Table names and fireplace tables. Great spot. Free parking lot adjacent, and not too crowded.
Highly recommend! The seating area on the deck and the music playing in the background make this an amazing experience. We had food at the Blue Water Shrimp & Seafood Market an it was one of the best meals we had on our trip! If you are looking for a family friendly, beautiful view on the harbor, ambient lighting and music, you need to go here!
Had the fish and chips & was extremely satisfied. The fish is flakey and crispy, the fries were also super crispy, and the tartar sauce was on point (creamy but with enough tang to not be greasy). Portion was big enough that I could probably have shared it with someone. Service was quite fast for freshly made stuff. The area is also very nice and has live music at night and have games strategically placed around.
The Google rating for this place is ABSOLUTELY correct! We were 100% BLOWN AWAY by this place!
This is actually a couple of eateries. One of them is finger foods and snacks, the other is entrees. The menu is on line, and we were impressed with what we saw before we went. It's located across the Kahanamoku Lagoon from a marina, so it's a good opportunity to watch boats and have a refreshment. The seating area is a bunch of tables and chairs with overhead cover, so you're not in direct sunlight. Soda and Water is available by the bottle/can.
My wife had the Steak and Shrimp, I had the Fish and Chips. It was Ah-May-Zing!!! The Steak was cooked to order, and it was tender and juicy. The taste was as good as any 5-star restaurant you'll go to. The Shrimp was cooked in a tasty garlic sauce, and was SOOO fresh! Also included was a small salad with an INCREDIBLE Ranch dressing and a service of rice. My Fish and Chips was well breaded and toasted perfectly, the white fish was juicy and flaked apart when cut in to. The Tarter Sauce was also tasty.
They have on-line pictures of a band playing, we were there late afternoon, no band was playing, but I can see this being a good place for that.
If you order an entree, you get a free Dole Whip, available from the folks at the snack stand. Take your receipt with you so they can verify.
We spend a little over $40 for 2 entrees, soda, and had one Dole Whip. This place is a real "hole in the wall" gem. When we come back to Waikiki, we'll make sure we plan a meal here!
We were SO blown away by this place. You wouldn't expect the quality of food we got for the price we got it from here. We're staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village, and this place is less than a 10 minute walk from our tower. We walked back along the marina and got back on property by the lagoon. A good little after-dinner walk. This place blows away any of the eateries on site. Both in quality and price. Take a walk away from the resort and check this gem out!
THANK YOU!!
Great locally owned spot hiding in plain sight off of Ala Moana Blvd! Warm, friendly very laid back service with even fresher fish. Ample outdoor seating lovingly decorated with great views of the harbor. Came here for lunch and got the grilled salmon plate along with the furikake Ahi sandwich; would order both again but would also try the rest of their menu as it all looks really good.
Love this place! We’ve noticed the red sign for a while now and decided to walk over. Feels like a hidden gem. A beautiful space with food and smoothies. Had the fish and chips and dole whip and it was all tasty! The live music and being by the water was perfect, might be our new favorite pau hana spot
It’s a great place. Nice atmosphere. Big portions. Loved the fish and chips. Sirloin had a nice salad and substituted fries for rice. As for the 4 star rating on food it is because steak was very tough. We couldn’t even cut it with a knife. We live in the neighborhood and will be back, but won’t order the steak.
