TLDR; Dont judge a book by its cover, just because the building looks old doesnt mean their ice cream isnt amazing.
At first glance you dont expect this place to have good quality desserts, since the store has a more older look and is in a somewhat random alleyway. But trust me, this place will have you craving more. The 'shaved ice' isnt really ice its more like snow, the texture is really soft and is sweet enough so you can taste the flavor. Compared to other places where the flavor is way too strong and ruins the dessert. Overall, really good and tasty, if you're looking for something cold and you're nearby go check it out!
Flavors in order: Cookies and cream, Matcha/Green tea with redbean, Lychee and watermelon, Coconut Pineapple Thai Basil.
I’ve never had “Snow” before and it’s WAY different than shave ice. Shave ice, they spin a regular block of ice and add syrup. Snow is flavored ice and is shaved in sheets and there is not syrup added. This place adds different fruits off to the side and mochi, depending on what flavors you get.
I highly recommend checking it out and trying it for yourself.
It’s a small location and if it’s busy, there might not be any seating.
Not far from the Waikiki strip but need to drive.
We got a small chocolate and a large Thai tea mixed with matcha. It comes with some chunks of fruit and soft mochi. Everything tasted as you would expect. The texture is like a light ice cream.
The store looks like a low key local chinese restaurant which is why I rated only 3 for atmosphere. They aren’t trying to impress anyone with their decor.
Seats about 20 in the store with free parking lot in front.
There was one other group while we were there around 4-5pm on a weekday.
