Bryce is always friendly and helpful at the counter. There's another employee I've seen and listened to on more than one occasion that is not the ideal person to have in back of the counter and I've sent Taco Bell a private message about this person. As for the food and service, good and fast.
Don't use the APP to order your food as it mis most likely more expensive than ordering at the register - Especially the Chicken Chalupa Supreme. Don't get ripped off!
I think this is the best Taco Bell on the island. They make the food very well. the crunchy taco is my favorite. Its really crunchy. The service is nice too, especially the asian cashier kid with the glasses. He's real cool.
Baja blast is real yummy too. Can't get that at mcdonalds.
Always magic. little turnover with employees. Rumors have come to me Saying Taco Bell in Hawaii is part of some of the Best Investors in all the world. They are Rebranding or Updating all their locations. My son worked at Taco Bell in Long Beach and said he really liked working there. and... I doubt he would be alive if it wasn't for Taco Bell... Thank you for that.
Like a hollow Taco Bell is interesting, they have the pizza inside too. Convenient to get the crunchwrap supreme which is my favorite. They know of self-service kiosk, but I still order the counter
This is my favorite taco bell. Everyone is friendly and they remember their regular customers and greet us by name. No robotic like order taker. Also quick and easy take out with the taco bell app.
Tacos bell that are people is mind there own business and not to talk to stranger at all time and they the cashier help u and to get what you need and they that why they not talked to stranger they can't trust them at all time it becarefull out there okay. In side too go where in a safe place ok is stay safe thank you !
The Kahala Mall Taco Bell location is the best on the island. They take great care to uphold the standards of both the mall and the company. This location is staffed by mindful and intelligent individuals who give excellent service: no missing items, no messy wrappings, no wrong orders. I only trust this location to give me quality fast food. After all, fast doesn't mean half-a$$'d!
Price is so cheap for food in the mall. I love it
We eat here easy too much. It's my son's only food restaurant. He practically lives here. The good side is that at least he gets vegetables in his diet since most of the items have them. Bottomless drinks which is good and bad but at least you don't have to keep paying for refills. The selection is relatively good but if you think about it the different items seem actually just variations of a taco in a different form. When it's busy, the place is a mess so be prepared to clean your own table. The drink dispenser usually looks like a thirsty soccer team just passed through. The bell is also next to Pizza Hut so you can mix it up for a little more variety.
Where else can you go to get fast Americanized Mexican food? That's right, Taco Bell it is.
This Taco Bell has a small parking lot but you can usually find street parking if the lot is full. The place is kept pretty clean and the service is normally fast unless you have someone that is ordering a hundred tacos or something. Yes it did happen to me, but not this time. :)
I keep my order simple and get either some kind of nachos or taco fresco style which is asking them to replace cheese with a fiesta salsa made of diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro thus cutting down on some of the calories and it taste good.
So whether you are "Making a Run For The Border, Spicing Up The Night, Thinking Outside The Bun, Living Mas" Taco Bell is always pretty consistent with their food and service.
The beefy fritos burritos were even better constructed than on the mainland. Extremely friendly staff and great prices for being in hawaii. My guest had the 3 tacos supreme meal and was equally pleased. Excellent experience overall.

This is a Taco bell/pizza hut, it is inside kahala mall. It has its own dining area as well as tables in the mall. I enjoyed my visit staff was friendly, service good as well as the food.
