Since the first time dining here it made me look at rice so differently. Food is always good and made just the way we like it. Getting to chat with the owner while we dine here is always fun too

Food was delicious! Portions were a little bit small, at least for me. And there is greater selection for dinner than lunch.

Ok, so really now, I don't want any of you to come to this small, charming, unique cafe with amazing food and friendly service. Because if you do, you will definitely keep coming back and see that's gonna be a problem for me. Because then you're gonna want to tell your friends and they will start coming. If you do come, DON'T ORDER the make your own fried rice cause it really ono and just how you want it. And DON'T ORDER the daily specials, cause they are so interesting, fun and unique and delicious. And then for sure you will keep coming and sooner or later one of you is gonna be sitting in my seat at my table and I am gonna haft wait for my turn...;-)

This is a hidden gem and it definitely deserves a five star no matter the food or the service. It is a family own and family run place. The owner was so nice and we had a great time talking to him about Oahu. The food was unbelievable. It is not the kind of food that makes you surprise, but the kind of food that reminds you of your home, if you are from Asia. Also their portion is very generous. Thankfully we didn’t order appetisers, otherwise we wouldn’t be able to get to dessert.

Fantastic Vietnamese fusion restaurant. We came here for a birthday dinner, and will definitely be back again to try more items. We tried the trio appetizer, the refresher deluxe, Asian Cajun, Winner Winner Chicken Dinner, and stew of the day. Everything was flavorful and well thought out. The staff are friendly and explain the dishes very well. The chef/owner came out to check on us. She loves what she does, and you can taste it in the food. Validated parking is in the Imperial Plaza...walk out of the Cooke Street exit for easy access. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Good was fantastic. I had the Thai Pork skewers. Flavors were we'll balanced. The salad was fantastic shredded cucumber feeler like green papaya, I tasted fresh mint and basil in the salad.

This place is an absolute gem. Easy to miss when passing by but worth the search. The best part is they have daily specials and each variance is extremely tasty. Personal recommendations include: syew of the day (the one with the crab meatballs) or the shrimp dish.

A very cute, cozy place serving some of the best risotto and rice dishes on island. I had the beef brisket risotto special and it was incredible. So delectable. Also, the imperial rolls, freshly made, are amazing. The wrapping is delicate and crispy. Such a treat.

This was pretty good. Went with 2 others for a pretty late lunch, walked in at 1:40. I was worried they’d be less than friendly because they close at 2:00. Not a problem, we were taken care of warmly and felt no pressure to move along. I had a good piece of Saba with noodles and salad, kind of a deconstructed Vietnamese Bun. My companions were happy with their choices as well, veggie rice and a meat jun plate. Best part was the Mango Sticky Rice. So simple yet so tasty. Prices are a bit on the high side but not unreasonable.

First time trying out this place and I LOVED IT. The restaurant is definitely a hole in the wall. The space is very small, but intimate. The food is good. The service is awesome. The price is affordable. The portions are enough to share with others. This place is definitely perfect for a brunch and most definitely recommend it. Reserve ahed of time because they do get busy. C Can't wait for ya'll to try them out.

The Rice Palace offers a unique menu with good flavors and neat combos. The papaya soup surprised me with the soft flavor and proper salting. The tri tips were cooked to perfection. The location is convenient on Cooke Street. Not a lot of parking on the street.

Everything here is made with lots of love. The chicken broth-infused rice is delicious and the Cajun shrimp is yummy. The owner is super friendly and will make special accommodations upon request. To top it off, it's BYOB too!

I found this place by accident, and I am so thankful I did. They have a farm to table type of menu. Everything was super fresh, homemade & delicious! I would recommend to tourists in the area. You will be eating like a local.

The menu was somewhat limited, but that is okay. What they do offer they do exceptionally well. The food was hot, fresh, and full of flavor. The owner was very kind and the place was clean. What more can you ask for.

I love their food. Their no corking fee makes the food taste even better. The staff was really friendly, while a little small, they make up for it with great service and even better food.
