Awesome service.... Great people... All around, two thumbs up....
Pretty average McDonald's but my fries tasted like it's been sitting a little too long. They were room temperature at best and hard to chew. Staff was friendly at the drive thru and kept the line of cars moving.
my experience was great! I walked in around 7:45pm. the lady who took my order was super friendly. got my food and was out the door in 7 minutes. the order was correct, my food was hot, and the nice lady even put ketchup and napkins in my bag before I could ask! all for under $7, much appreciated!

Great spot for the same type of McDonald's. Just always busy which is a good thing I guess. :)

This is your "Local style McDonalds" and with the typical local style menu. But the quality and atmosphere is above the rest probably due to the amount of business they get. Do not go during lunch hours, the drive through line will go around the block.
The Kaimuki location is roomy and comfortable, although the parking lot is small

This is a decent McDonald's, nothing special. Well- the parking lot social scene can get pretty "interesting" at times- but that has less to do with the restaurant and more to do with the general area. I've never felt worried about safety here, but it's good practice to stay alert as you enter and leave the restaurant.

Plus: Ordering is now on the computer kiosk so you know exactly what you are ordering, no confusion or missed items. Minus: The kitchen added cream and sugar to my coffee without telling us. I thought we added our own ☕️
It has gotten more expensive but inside is nice and air-conditioned to eat.
This McDonald's location is clean fast and efficient. If there is a discrepancy the manager is quick to rectify it with an adequate remedy. There is no dine in available nor are the bathrooms. They offer delivery through several different services. The App offers points and rewards and this location although busy keeps things moving.
