Very comfortable place for comfort food. For me, a 4 star rating means I will definitely be back but there are a couple of minor issues. Parking can be tough once the restaurant is half full. The inside is very clean and definitely not cramped. Tables are a little on the small side considering you grab all these little dishes to cook. They have an excellent variety of "sides" to choose from. Now, the part I'm slightly in conflict with is people calling it an AYCE. Yes, the sides are but the meats definitely are not. There's a limit of 5 plates which was fine for me but fortunately we had a party of eight and the big eaters ate 8 or 9 plates shared by the little eaters. Meats were delicious! Overall, we all enjoyed the experience! Check it out.

I want to go back!!! My first time there and the staff/owners were very pleasant and friendly. Fast service and good quality veggies (and meats for those who weren't vegan.) They have two choices of vegan broth and lots of noodles and sides to choose from. You can also make your hot sauce!!!

Unfortunately we didn't get to stay and try the food because our infant wasn't cooperating however the staff was so kind and accommodating!! They even gave us shirts to wrap our baby in (She had an accident in the car and I forgot to pack an extra outfit). Our babe was very unhappy so we had to leave but hopefully we can return and try the food sometime soon! I am very touched by how kind they were to us!

I've been driving by Pot Pot Shabu Buffet for months now and I've been meaning to go in there but never got around to it. So my friend from Kauai came in to visit and we went there because we love hot pot and buffets. How can you go wrong? We ordered three different soups the spicy tom yum, the ponzu, and miso broth. The ponzu broth was really delicious. I'm some miso was okay, it just tasted like miso soup. The spicy tom yum was not that great. It was lacking in a lot of flavor but when I had told our server, who might also be the owner, he told me that he would bring additional ingredients for the tom yum soup. As for their selections of sides, it was pretty good. A few different vegetables, lots of Meatballs fish balls all kinds of balls, noodles, mushrooms, tofu, additional meat like shrimp squid, Etc. You order the main meats with them. Each person gets 3 plates of meat. I wish they had more vegetables though. They have a pretty good sauce bar as well. Those are the main important things when I review a place to eat. Now for the others. The service was great, cleanliness was pretty good, decor was okay, and bathroom was out of the way to get to. You have to go out the main door and use the side door next to it. It felt like I was entering their kitchen or somewhere I shouldn't be. I can't tell you how clean it is because I refuse to use public bathrooms. Places not get too busy and they have discounted rates for certain times. I would definitely come back again in fact I'm planning on coming back next week with a different group of friends.

I went the other night with my two brothers and their friend. I hadnt been before and was a little skeptical. I hate driving in town and finding parking is always a nightmare. When I got there, I was surprised on all accounts. The place was very clean, spacious, and pleasant to look at. It had a relaxed yet fun atmosphere, delicious food, free parking (in a lot even). We met the owners who were very fun (my brother asked for more meat and she said "sorry, we are all out" He looked thoroughly disappointed and we all laughed as she slapped his arm and said "just kidding. we have tons of meat". They were very helpful when we didnt know how it worked. Hands down the best "all you can eat" place in town. So much variety that you can't possibly only go once. You can mix and match broths, sauces, vegetables, meats, seafood, etc to customize your own meal. Great for dates, company work dinners, or just an evening with family or friends. I had the plain Beef Broth (because Im boring) but my brothers had the Thai spicy broth and the Vietnamese spicy broth. Needless to say, we were all cooking our food in each others broths and having a great time. Thank goodness it was all we could eat because our little brother kept eating everyones food. I plan on going back here regularly and bringing friends to compete for who can make the best food. The prices are very reasonable for all the food you get. Bring your appetite and be sure to ask for a bowl of rice to eat with your culinary delights.

My 2nd time trying hot pot, and this place made me FALL in love with hot pot. They have SO many different broth flavors here, and their sauce bar has endless options. This is "all you can eat" but they limit you to 4 portions of meat (which is still a lot) because they have ENDLESS options of vegetables, seafood, and other meat products. They also have refillable rice, and noodles. My favorite is the Tom Yum broth. I've been told the ponzu broth is really good. Parking can get hectic in this center.

Our new "favorite place". Great food.....you choose what YOU want to eat; great "chef"....since you cook your own food; friendly, helpful service; and convenient location. What more could you ask for?

Been there with my friends. Best pork belly Shabu I've ever had, and the owner was really nice to us. Definitely will visit again : )
