They are a local establishment so I already like them. They make a good latte. You can add extra shots for free AND they have organic options. Go for their chocolate chocolate-chip cookie topped with sea salt. Unless there's only one left. Then I have dibs!!

but, wow! this place is wonderful. I may be biased, but this is my absolute favorite location in the Hopkins area. the atmosphere, the coffee, the staff, the music, the events, the board: literally perfect. plus, this place operates as a chemical free environment. if you're in the area and searching for a cozy, casual, fun coffee shop, I highly recommend the Depot.
An adorable hidden gem, in my opinion. Had no idea it was a coffee/bike shop before I went inside. Love that they have bike repair materials and items. Not a ton of seating indoors, but had a lot of options outdoors. Baristas we’re both helpful in describing what was on the menu. 10/10 will be back on the next ride past this shop.
This place is a nerd's coffee shop heaven. Cool, relaxed atmosphere, plus a TV, some retro videogames, and a separate room that's used for either extra seating or live shows. I foresee myself coming back here to hang out and get some writing done, even if it's a bit of a drive.

This is a great place to stop during a long bike ride, a trail run, or a walk. There is a great patio for sitting outside and plenty of room to sit inside on cooler or rainy days.
The atmosphere is cozy and the staff is friendly. You will see a lot of cyclists drinking espresso here during the warm months.
There menu has a good variety if your looking for snacks. It is not a place that I would go to for lunch though.
I LOVE this place so much for so many reasons. It’s on the bike trail, so it’s a perfect pick-me-up-stop along the way to another bike-friendly station. The coffee is amazing (I love the Mexican miel) and lots of great snacks. I love supporting this place.
