I don’t understand how you put sour cream ON THE OUTSIDE ON THE TACO!!! One of the tacos was messed up. All three were supposed to be no lettuce and supreme.
The food was fine. The issue is the lack of employees. This location was so short staffed I was told I had to order via the app as there were not enough employees to work the drive through.
I have witnessed several locations with staff shortages as well, so this is not an individual location issue b
I ordered tacos with no meat or cheese. They messed up the order twice and I get it, it was busy. Even when I was told I hadn't said that I didn't argue, it's a long day, whatever. The second time they went to redo this order they gave me a ripped bag and had clearly tried to scrape the cheese off,
Waited like 30 minutes for food and they put it all in a cravings box, stuffed additional items in, instead of giving me a small bag, crushing both orders of chips. They didn't give me a receipt so I could take the survey. I appreciate your message back, but something needs to change.
Thankfully they weren’t busy, but it’s not hard to see why. When my friend received her food they didn’t bring her cream smoothie, and we had to go up and ask for it. They gave her a regular smoothie. Her quesadilla was badly cut and they were out of cinnamon twists.

Everytime we go to this taco bell something is missing out of our bag from our order or we get tacos like this.
In these troubled times of Covid it seems that Customer Service is a thing of the past. It is never a pleasant experience to have to order food. It’s almost less trouble to go shopping, go home and cook and clean up afterwards than to jump in the drive thru.
