My wife and I one of our daughters here on an outing for her birthday. We had a wonderful time I've eaten here before but it's been a while. Everybody loved the dishes that we had. I should have taken photos of our individual meals, unfortunately i forgot. However i had their original Burger and it was great other than the bottom bun got soggy from all the juices from the meat. My wife had a steak salad that she loved. My vegetarian daughter had the meatless hamburger, and she loved it. Then afterward we shared a brownie. There's a picture of it because we simply couldn't believe how enormous it was! The 3 of us shared it.

Typical hard rock cafe, which I visit where ever I travel so this is a must visit for my experience and review. Liked the ambiance and service were quick and efficient. The beer and fries were great helping my second serving. The music was less suggesting, yet enjoyable. the place was unusually bit dark but being on the bar table, I didn't find it different.

Great service and the food was good. Exactly what I have come to expect from hard rock cafe. Not the biggest I've been to. But had some interesting items

The service was amazing and the burges was juicy and well cooked, nothing raw or bloody. The chipotle sauce was good spicy and sweet at the same time, and it tasted amazing with the fries. Food could be the same everywhere but not everybody can cook it good and tasty, they did an amazing job with the burger

I think the Hard Rock has stepped up their game recently. The food was amazing. Been visiting Hard Rocks all over the country and I don't remember the food being this good in the past. I thought Houston might have been an anomaly but San Antonio was very good as well. Also management came to the table to apologize for a lengthy wait for our drink order and comped the first round.

Love the place! It is a place that you truly have to visit while in Houston, especially early in the evening.

Extremely friendly staff, and very fun environment for friends & family!!!! Parking can be a pain in the butt If you don't plan ahead. 4 stars, only because a few things turned me off, such as lipstick on wine glass [not mine] & the wait to place our order. Aside from that everything was perfect.

Across the street from the Houston Aquarium! Very easy to get to without having to repack all of the kids into the car. The Houston Hard Rock Cafe is one of the best ones I've been to, in terms of food quality. To set expectations, the gift shop is extremely small, however, not like the one in San Antonio. Service-wise, everything was great--don't be surprised if the Manager comes and asks how your experience is -- the customer service was the best of any Hard Rock Cafe we've been.

Company I work for hosted a massive party here. The person who chose it told us they had been talking to other venues in the area, but settled on the Hard Rock because the manager was so awesome to work with. And he was. All through the event, he was pleasant and helpful, as was every member of his staff. They kept their good humor all through the evening and were an instrumental part of the event's success. At first glance, the Hard Rock may seem too small to host an event for several hundred people, but they have the option of closing off most of the patio outside, which doubles the available floor space. It also provides a place for people who want to have a conversation to escape the music inside. The patio is actually three separate spaces: two small ones near the doors of the Hard Rock, and a large one down a flight of stairs. All in all, it's a really great setup. Food was good. The house band was AWESOME! (I had no voice the morning after from screaming along to the selection of classics from the 80's. I'm sure I'm not the only one.) The game was on over the bar which kept the sports fans happy while those who wanted to dance had plenty of room to do so in the back of the restaurant. The only downside was the wait time for drinks, which at the height of the party was between 15 - 20 minutes. This is in no way a dispersion on the bar tending staff. They were all moving at 100+ mph for all 4 hours of the party and doing a stellar job. I saw one of the ladies take orders from four different people, each with multiple drinks in their orders, and sling them back out at light speed without a single error or spill. I think if there had been just one or two more people behind the main bar for the first two hours of the party, the problem would have been alleviated, even if all one of those people did was wash the glasses. When things were at their height, that became a bottleneck in the flow of the work, and bartenders, whose skills were needed taking and filling drink orders, had to stop and wash glasses, which anyone could have done. Moving glasses to and from the kitchen wouldn't have worked either, because the main bar is an island and moving racks of glassware through the crowd would have been dangerous. Bottom Line: Highly recommend the Hard Rock in Houston to anyone looking to host a similar event.
