I love RA! I've been several times, the atmosphere and vibe are nice and welcoming. The sushi is amazinggggg! Im a huge sushi fan and this is one of my top two favorite sushi restaurants in Houston. I haven't tried their ramen yet because when I go I'm usually getting my favorite rolls plus a new one or two to try. Presentation is always beautiful! The garlic edamame is really great too, one of my favorite appetizers. I love that they have mocktails available, and our server was nice and personable!

The ambiance is what draws you in, but the food and customer service is what I loved the most. We were celebrating my niece’s 21st birthday, so we ordered a variety of sharable platters. The Garlic Edamame, California Rolls and Pork Gyoza were definitely some of our favorite. The cocktails were really great too.
I can’t say enough about our server Jonathan who knew the menu inside and out, great job!
We decided to go here for my son's birthday and let me tell you it is THE MOST AMAZING sushi I have ever had! Their very unique sushi selections were different than anywhere else I've EVER HAD 😋 , not your basic sushi rolls for sure. The atmosphere was very cool and a quite large restaurant. The service was great and the waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT! 👌 TOP NOTCH!
The food & drinks were really good and our waiter was so kind and attentive. We came on a Sunday afternoon and were surprised to see a happy hour. The happy hour menu was really great!

super yummy! we had a bit of a wait for somebody to seat us at the front desk (there was nobody stationed there) but that's alright. the eel nagiri and pork gyoza dishes were my personal favorite - everything was good and fresh. would come back again!
The service and staff are excellent. Nice patio. Great vibe. Food is cool. Happy hour menu is nice. Although I recommend ordering from the regular menu. To keep it light, spicy salmon hand rolls and spicy shrimp soup pair well with sweet plum wine and Sapporo saki bombs.
I really love Ra Sushi, I haven’t had a bad meal from this chain ever. This was our first time at this location. We didn’t have a reservation and were initially told by the hostess that it was going to be about a 30 - 45 minute wait for a table outside. I saw an empty table open and asked what about that one. It ended up being available. Other than that small hiccup it is in a cool location and good for people watching due to it being on the second level.
I've been coming here for years and I absolutely love RA Sushi! They have selective rolls only available at RA - my favorite is definitely the "RA"ckin' Roll - it's so yummy!! Great atmosphere and nice views if you're sitting close by a window, there is also patio seating available. Logan was our server and he was awesome - very kind, attentive and knowledgable on menu items.
Jonathon was our waiter and he was absolutely amazing. He was well versed with the menu, patient and checked on us frequently! He even went the extra mile by going over the menu with my sister and informed her of a few favorites. Jonathan, thank you for making our dinner pleasant. Your service was impeccable!!
The bartender Briana was amazing! So welcoming, friendly, and vivacious. We experienced excellent service and had the best cocktails and mocktails.
Jonathan was a very kind and patient waiter at my table. He served my party very well, and took the time to have all of our orders correct, and even do changes last minute! He even helped out a friend that did not know how to use chopsticks, offering a chopstick helper.
This is the place I go if I need sushi because they have a great happy hour menu. I came with some friends to celebrate our birthdays so we didn't fully maximize the happy hour. I really appreciated our serve TQ for being friendly, funny, and accommodating to our needs. The food was decent. We enjoyed the purple passion colada but be warned if you are expecting an ube flavor there really isn't any. It's a good Pina colada overall. The experience is a hit or miss but really enjoyed the experience this time around. Come and check it out for yourself!!
I always and only come in when the bartender Tina is working. She’s always attentive and professional. Her drinks are just as beautiful as her personality, the place is lucky to have her. Food is great I love the edamame and mango roll. Okay atmosphere, but great area for shopping.
Eric took amazing care of me at Ra tonight as they always do. Good Japanese beer, amazing food! Best Ra in the city!
