My first time here. I lost quite some weight following carnivore diet for the past 2 months or so. I can easily fast for 24 hours in the keno status, and felt I should grow more muscles which requires priming. Gauchos is perfect for it since with $67 you can eat beef: top loin, short rib, rib eye, wagyu, filet mignon, etc; for lamb you can eat leg and rib chop; for pork you have Brazilian sausage. And you have a full salad bar, though I am less interested in the salad bar, I still find its cured meat and cheese a good start. Their drinks and desserts menu looks fantastic too though I have no interests in them given my diet. So I ordered some tea. I got a lot of good meet and now I am sitting in my sofa and feels satiety, body well nutrient and hands and feet hot. It is a great value for priming and for family event. The whole meal took 2.5 hours for me and I will be back!
This has become our new favorite Brazilian steakhouse location in Houston! The service, the food, the atmosphere, and the experience were just great! We didn't have to wait for anything. Everything was clean, and the servers checked on us constantly and knew we wanted well done cooked meat, which was great to know. The salad bar also had many options, which was a huge plus, and all of this was great to have while viewing out of a third floor window! There was also a surprise cake for me on my birthday which was great and delicious!
We came here for my wife birthday dinner. We reserved a table to seat 15 of our family and friends. The food was delicious, the whole place is a vibe. The drinks were decent, a bit watered down. The music was good, everyone was nice and helpful.
The ambiance was incredibly beautiful. The service was quick and made the experience feel even better! Our waiter, Natalia, was absolutely delightful. She made our evening very relaxing with all of her help. Definitely will come back and worth the money! 100% recommend for someone with a big appetite.
This place without a doubt deserves more than a 5 star! The level of care and service provided is outstanding! Not only do they always remember your favorite seat, but they remember your favorite steak, temperature, wine and drinks! Call us a regular, but it is by far the best location and experience.
I came here with my wife to celebrate a big milestone of our life š¾ This place always carries itself well in terms of top-notch service, eye pleasing decor, and the exquisite Gaucho Meat.
To maximize your experience. Skip the cheese bread. Skim the salad area. Sub the soda for a drink that will cleanse your pallette, i.e., Wine, Caipirinha, Old-Fashioned, etc. I suggest you ask for hot sauce and sautƩed onion/jalapeƱos. And dont sleep on Chimichurri Sauce. Enjoy the journey and food coma afterward.
My all-time favorite in order: Mainly (Medium) - Picanha < Ribeye < Texas Kobe Beef < Grilled Pineapple < Beef Rib < Fraldinha < Plantain < NY Strip < Filet Mignon
The lamb will have a little gaminess: So definitely utilize the Chimichurri Sauce.
Shrimp definitely squeeze lemon on top
Parmesan Chicken is great with JalapeƱos.
End night off with Creme Brulee Cheesecake. You won't be disappointed š
The food was absolutely phenomenal!ā Great ambience. But do keep in mind the music is super loud so if thatās not your thing then think twice. Hard to have a conversation over super loud music.
But we absolutely enjoyed the place and our favorite the lamb chops.
Cozy atmostphere and clean area. The steak was really good. The salad bar was interesting. Service was extremely formal. They were nice and professional. I do not know why they had a lot of bad comments that not true. But this nice place got 5 stars from me definitely.

This has to be one of the best Brazilian steakhouses in the country. My partner and I have traveled a lot and this has to be the highest quality of food and service we have ever received. This restaurant is very chic with high energy music. The staff is very warm and friendly. Our server was very good in explaining how it works and recommending certain cuts of meat. The salad bar is very good with an awesome fresh selection of exotic cheeses and cured meats. The cuts of meat offered are phenomenal. From their house specialty to the Texas Kobe the meats are very flavorful and fulfilling. The sausage and shrimp are very tasty as well. The drinks that my partner and I ordered were prepared to perfection. I had a lemon drop martini with Grey goose my partner had one of the drinks on the menu and they were very good. I believe the bartenders are certified mixologists if not they should be. The environment, the staff, and the taste of the food is well worth visiting this establishment. When it came to the desert we were stuffed but we tried it anyways and the desserts were pretty good. They have a good selection of dessert cordials and cocktails. Definitely would highly recommend this place. Word of advice make sure you come hungry because the food is unlimited.
Itās my birthday today and my family decided to take me there. Wao it was an experience worth having. The food, services and environment super. I will definitely go back there soon.

Salad bar varied and with a combination of flavors ranging from the traditional heart of palm, through artichokes in vinaigrette, to a delicious salmon with capers. A splendid wine list.

I been here twice in the last month! Food is awesome! I always end up eating too much. The drinks are very good! The beautiful Brazilian woman did such an awesome job attending to our party of 20+ I highly recommend!!
