The customer service was great!!!! Our waitress Brittany was nice n friendly. Always had a smile on her face. Drinks was great! The food mouth watering!!! Flavors was on point. Thank you Chef's!!!! We'll be back!

Wonderful waitstaff Nicole was our server she was a delight she laughed at my Mom's corny jokes! Brittany I'm assuming was the manager walked over and let us know if we needed anything to let her know. We had a great time food was delicious!

This was myself and my friend first time there and I must say it was the best experience we have had in a restaurant in Houston so far. Our waitress Brittany was awesome she was very professional and gave us great suggestion she was pleasant polite and courteous and then some. Keep up the great work Brittany. We will be back. Thank u for a great night.

I had my birthday dinner at this location Oct 27th, 2017 with a total of 31 guests and everything went off without a single hitch. The service was spectacular, food and cocktails made to perfection, and my group of 31 was well taken care of from beginning to end. We all left very happy and satisfied!! Great service!!!

The food is pretty good here but fairly expensive. I enjoyed the lobster tail and baked potato, and also the bacon-wrapped shrimp with dirty rice. They also give complementary dessert for birthdays. Good service.

I love me some Pappadeaux and this location did not disappoint. For the appetizer, we ordered the shrimp and crawfish fondeaux and the fried calamari. Both appetizers were good but yallllll !!! That fondeaux is sooo good. That’s a must try for sure. I ordered the Mississippi Catfish Opelousas and it was really good. This comes with blackened catfish, oysters, shrimp, jumbo lump crab, lemon garlic butter sauce, and dirty rice. It was seasoned to perfection and really filling. Our aircrews was attentive and made sure we enjoyed our food.

My daughter and I dined at this location this past Sunday, and it was a nice experience. Our server Deeja was phenomenal it was our first time there and her recommendation was excellent. We will definitely dine again when we’re in town.

First time at this Pappadeaux location and first time having the Pasta Mardi Gras. OMG.. It was amazing and will be my dish whenever I come to Pappadeaux. Had a great server who took care of everything that we needed. If you’re looking for an alcoholic beverage I would recommend the Three Wheel Motion. It was delicious but also strong.

I give this one a solid 4! The food was absolutely delicious! We ate with moderate group that ordered a range of options. Everyone was very pleased with the taste of their dish. We opted for lunch portions, and I'll say they were just right! I've eaten here a couple of times now and each time the food has been really spectacular! I'm not saying the service was bad, but I would say it could use some improvement. I may just be a bit impatient too though. This is the only thing keeping from a 5 IMO. I do recommend them if you're seeking good food!

Totally love Pappadeaux for their seafood!! This is the place to be on a Saturday night so make a reservation for sure! Originally went to the Memorial location and it was an hour + wait time. So drove to Westheimer & it wasn’t as bad! Love the complimentary bread! My son could live on that alone! So crispy and the butter is given in generous portions as well. They have awesome oysters & fried shrimp. I got the medium portion of shrimp and it was a lot! You definitely get your moneys worth! The baked potato was huge!!! The service was great!

I would like to say our waiter Mr.Brandon provided us with excellent service this morning. The food was delicious, and everything was on point. We had reservations at 11:30am this morning. He made the celebration of my wife birthday a special one. All of our guests were truly pleased with the service provided. I give him 5 stars.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All I can say is: Can't wait to come back! Two of us dined here on a Sat afternoon. My first visit at this Houston location, but I've been to one in Phoenix & Dallas. Ample parking, nice atmosphere and menu prices are reasonable. Our server, Mr. Michael L. was AMAZING! He was cheerful & courteous as he helped with menu suggestions. He got every detail of our order accurate and Michael's calm demeanor and attention to detail made the already delicious meal even better!!! So impressed with his service that I went thru the trouble of calling the restaurant so they would know I am referencing him in this review! Now let's talk about the food. Y'all gotta hit this place up soon! Our appetizer - the shrimp & crawfish fondeaux woke up every one of my tastebubs - simply delicious! My tall glass of Strawberry Mangeaux Tango frozen margarita was loaded with flavor enough to satisfy my drink appetite! Also loved the catfish with red beans and rice! Try the seafood platter, it's so good, especially the fried osters! The baked potato is tasty & huge (as you can see in my pics). Grits are good (seasoned with sausage, corn & butter). Portions were satisfying - plenty left to put take home. Overall everything was great. Certainly an experience worthy of 5 stars!

Highly recommend an afternoon reservation, less traffic. Enjoyed our server, Eduardo, who handled his multiple tables well. He was accommodating and attentive to our needs. An overall great food and atmosphere experience!🥂🍰🔙🔜prices, per person.

Excellent food, great drinks, and fantastic service. Asked to be seated in Donna's section. She was attentive and made great recommendations. The watermelon margarita drink was delicious, and the fried Pappadeaux platter had everything you'd want from a fried seafood platter. 😋

I enjoyed an amazing evening here after work with friends. For an appetizer, I chose the oysters on a half shell which was about $30 and I also ordered a bowl of crab gumbo which was about $15. Both were really good. The crab gumbo had plenty of crab in it and it was very tasty. I ordered tea to drink and the waiter was very accommodating and attentive to our needs. I will definitely go back for happy hour or anytime honestly.

You can never go wrong with Pappadeaux’s because the food is always great. We went at the beginning of lunch, so we didn’t have a wait. My waitress Jerricka, was a jewel. She was Very Attentive, and so polite. She made sure that we understood the menu, and answered all of our questions. As usual I ordered the Shrimp and Grits. It was sooooo rich and creamy. The shrimp was seasoned to perfection. The red beans and rice had an amazing taste and the blackened fish was moist. If your in the mood for great food and beautiful atmosphere please come here.

It's always a great experience here. Ordered the filet mignon with a lobster tail, a little disappointed here because I only had half of the tail, normally or in the past, would have been the whole tail, this time was only the half. Filet mignon was cooked to order and perfection, medium juicy, a little disappointed with the veggies cuz now the dish comes with brocolini, which is a genetic modified esparragus mixed with broccoli, not good no flavor. The loaded baked potato was super, I also ordered a bloody Mary, which was ok. On the other hand, the service was great. Of course, I will be back for more
