[review for the muggle-less harry potter event]
i was worried after reading all the reviews but honestly it was pretty fun! i have to agree the dj really threw the vibe off but i understand where they were coming from - maybe next time though, if they are going to invite all the harry potter fans, they should go with harry potter themed songs (or remixes).
the decorations were cute and funny, we took a lot of photos without having to wait in line or anything; food was very delicious and it came out within 15min or so. seats were packed however we still managed to find a table to sit. parking wasn't bad at all, the security actually looked out for my car the whole night which was nice.
we thought the $30 cover was good price - while you cannot compare with universal, we knew what we were walking into and we had a great experience. we didn't order any drinks and nothing really disappointed us.
Decided to try my luck here after getting terrible soul food at another restaurant. I ordered the margherita style pizza and the Mac and cheese. It took about 15 minutes to get my order and both items were really good! The only negative is, it’s a little pricey.
Great atmosphere with an excellent staff!
Themed events take center stage at this bar and grill. The event we attended was a recreation of "The Office" and it was amazing! "Dunder Mupplen" had themed food and drinks, plenty of photo booths from scenes of the show, and a great DJ made it a night to remember. The second floor had more photo booths, a full bar, and an outdoor patio for the smokers.
The staff were cheerful and motivated as well as dressed as character from the show. Our group decided on table reservations and it was definitely the way to go. We had a reserved table and were able to explore the event without worrying about where we would sit to enjoy food or a drink. Our hostess was superb! The food and drink had clever names from the show and everyone in group was happy with what they ordered.
Highly recommend you try and catch an event, you won't regret it.
We went for The Office themed bar. They did a great job bringing it to life. The drinks were also great. The staff was so enjoyable and made the experience that much better.
Always good food and lots of beer on tap.

I had my birthday party here May 2018 and they were so accommodating to my guest and I. The atmosphere was amazing! Staff was super friendly! Food was delicious!!!
They have a balcony that overlooked downtown Houston! Its Houston's best kept secret. I would highly recommend it!!!
Craft beer selection is small but diverse. Food is good. Very nice decor. Upstairs event room has a balcony overlooking downtown. Service is friendly. Excellent addition to any downtown pub crawl or night out.

Great place and atmosphere for a nice Friday night. I for one greatly appreciated that the music volume made it easy to talk and as an introvert the low traffic actually made for a very refreshing Friday night. Definitely found my new favorite place for a quiet night out for wings and a drink.
Service is outstanding here. Beers are nice and food is divine. I crave their candied bacon deviled eggs every so often, drool. The buffalo burger was nom nom nom delicious. Bad: The fries were burnt, fried and then refried. The big chocolate cake was good but I wouldn't get it again. It wasn't that notable. Overall, great experience, affordable prices, much much better than flying saucer, from service to quality of food, in my opinion.
Steven was an awesome Bartender bringing a different upbeat energy to the atmosphere very down to earth yet upscale feel. Chef John sat right next to us giving us the different options. The two gave my party overall excellence customer service. Thank you Steve, I will definitely come back to see you!
Upstairs for a wedding reception. Bartenders were on point and small plate food offerings were perfect for folks partying and needing some food to break the alcohol cycle. Comfortable couches and chairs, attentive personnel, and quality sound system to accommodate dancing and the general wedding reception feel. I'll likely check this place out for lunch during the week as a downtown company employee.
