Excellent time here!!! The place inside is absolutely gorgeous and breath taking. Me and my friend went in on a Sunday for brunch was there from open to close! Hudson was our bartender and he's pretty amazing! Will be going back for sure!

My wife and I met another couple for dinner at 7:30 on a Saturday night and were surprised to find the restaurant not even half full. This was our first time to this restaurant, but not to the location as we had dined at the previous restaurant that was in the exact space a few years ago. The restaurant interior is absolutely beautiful. Our waiter was prompt, and was able to assist us with our specific questions and drink orders. Our group ordered a cocktail and wine from Spain and both drinks turned out to exceed our expectations. We had not seen this couple in a few months so we were deep into conversation; however, our waiter knew how to provide us privacy and space without us feeling like we were forgotten. When we finally ordered dinner he provided us ample information about the menu and food and our meals came out exactly as ordered. Outside of one of our parties plates coming out not as hot as he would have liked, all the other meals were perfect. We decided to order two deserts and coffee following dinner. The coffee came out extremely hot and fresh and the two deserts were not only the perfect size, but they were excellent! I have no idea why the restaurant was not busy, but we eat out a lot in Houston and this restaurant is definitely worth a try if you haven't been. Excellent service and in my opinion excellent food...tasty, hot and ample portions. We will definitely be back!
We had to make a reservation due to the wait being about am hour long. They had valet parking. The salmon was great, yet the red snapper was nothing special. The prime rib seemed to be one of the best picks from what we saw. Nice ambiance and great seating choices (they have both formal and casual seating). Service was slow and the waiter forgot a couple of things we had ordered; nevertheless, very nice and polite.
Cocktails. I wanted to talk about a magnificent cocktail that Black and White created. I believe they use the shorthand, Triple B, for it. Anyway. It is a roasted blueberry and basil, bourbon martini. It is delicious. They made a decision to do all the steps in house, utilizing the kitchen as needed. Highly recommended.

This place is great! I enjoyed our dinner here very much. There is a Black side (formal, meat dishes) and a White side (casual, seafood dishes). I went here on a Friday night with a few friends. We opted for the white side, but you can sit anywhere and order from both menus. We decided to do tapas style and order many dishes to share. I don't think we ordered any entrees, but it was the perfect amount of food.
B&W Octopus Carpaccio - Yummy. We ordered this dish on accident, but it did not disappoint. The octopus is thinly sliced and dressed in a delicious vinaigrette.
B&W Caprese Salad - It had fresh thick slices of mozerella cheese and tomatoes with thinly sliced beef. A delicious twist to the normal caprese salad.
Mediterranean Soft Shell Crab - Order this. It's a safe dish that everyone will enjoy. The sauce that accompanies it is good too.
Nostro Polpo - Is this what we meant to order! It was delicious!! That is if you like octopus. It's served with a bed of mash potatoes so if you are starting with this, opt out of mash potatoes for your entress because there is plenty on this dish!
Oysters - Yum!!! Get this. Some of the best I've ever tasted.
I deducted a star because service was a little slow. It felt like our waiter was all over the place and was short staffed. If you have somewhere to be, I would not recommend having dinner here.
P.S. Their happy hour ends at 7pm.
Delicious! I went for brunch with a group of 6. Great atmosphere, contemporary and friendly waitstaff. Matthew was the best, very attentive to the table. I would recommend it and I'll be back!
Fun and fresh atmosphere. Our group used it as a venue so I'm not sure what the bar scene is like. Good appetizers.
Nice restaurant. We have eaten on the casual side a couple times and enjoyed it each time. Food was excellent and service was good.
