Great clean location. Well stocked on everything and seating available inside as well as a bit outside. Plenty of parking.
First time coming to this place. Really welcoming vibe. Everything was perfect. Yogurt was delicious and all the toppings were fresh and amazing. The cashier Lashonda was really sweet, friendly and welcoming.
Love the place. Has limited but tasty frozen yogurt. The floor might be sticky when u go to get some frozen yogurt, but the table and chairs are really clean to enjoy the treat. I would try this place out.
Stopped by the other day and tried the strawberry flavor, and I have to say, it was pretty dang good. The texture was nice and creamy, and the flavor was just the right amount of sweetness. I also loved the toppings bar - so many options to choose from! I piled on some fresh fruit and chocolate chips, and it was the perfect combo. The only downside is that there wasn’t a lot of available seating. Overall though, I had a great experience at Menchie's and would definitely recommend giving it a try.
Taking my 5 star review way down because this location has fallen so far. At least half of the machines are out of order at any given time. Machines that are supposed to be working either have poor flavor choices, the yogurt doesn't come out or is liquid.
Their policies are inconsistent in regards to specials like the Monday fill-a-cup promotion. For years, it didn't matter what time you went in on Monday, it was a fixed price to fill your cup. Lately, they say it has to be after a certain time, but that depends on who the cashier is. So you have to be vigilant or you'll pay double what you should.
The staff just doesn't seem to care anymore. They used to dress and act professionally. Now they dress like slobs and the attitudes reflect that.
Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt has the best Ice Cream in H Town the stuffs are very kind and friendly specially Emiley it was my first time coming here so she give me Discount I recommend you guys to come and try thier delicious Ice Cream
This Menchies is very clean and I like how they have made changes to keep their employees and customers safe. I really like how they are going above and beyond with trying to stop the spread of the virus by putting all toppings in individual containers and how they offer gloves to pour the yogurt. BIG Thank you to Menchies for that. Also the staff is very helpful and always seem happy to be there. The 2 employees that have helped me have a great Menchies experience are Karli and Bella. They always seem happy to be there and are very helpful towards the customers.

My favorite frozen yogurt place! It's usually well clean, well stocked and the pricing is fairly reasonable considering you really get to get in there and customize your dessert in endless ways. Great choice of froyo flavors, (I believe there's 10-12) and a ton of topping options (probably about 30-40 toppings). Load everything up as much as you want and enjoy! It's perfect if you have kids but I also tell my buddies it's a great date spot as well to break out of the norm.

I visited on $5 Monday and still didn't buy $5 worth of yogurt. This was my second visit to this location. I had forgotten how fro-yo could be such a good treat. This location is always clean and the employees are always courteous. I will continue to stop in for my occasional sweet treat!

I really enjoyed my time here. It is clean and the selection of frozen yogurt is plentiful, much beyond the regular froyo place. The staff is courteous and helpful. A minor issue was the size of the private party area. We attended a child's birthday party there recently and it was quite cramped for the amount of people there, about 20. Other than that, it was a pleasurable experience. Would go again.
